Bought one for rental property. Thought it was better than my Shark stick. Bought another for my house and a third one for daughter who thought is was better than her Dyson. Very impressed with suction and ease of use. Highly recommend.

Gotta say we are pleasantly surprised with this little vacuum cleaner. Easy assembly, very simple to use. The light on it is very bright and really highlights dust and dirt on the floor. It’s pretty powerful for such a lightweight vacuum. It has two speeds. One thing we really like is when being used on hard floors running at a low speed then going onto a rug it switches to high speed automatically. Accepts a charge quickly.

Nice light cordless vacuum

Works well. Picked up all the dirt I needed. Last almost an hour on a full charge, which is plenty long for me. No bending to empty a plus for older folk.

This vacuum is amazing! Although it’s cordless it picks up everything! It’s lightweight and compact so it goes under everything! I have 2 now as my husband loves the cordless feature and so I bought one for the finished basement hoping he will use🤣 I bought one for my Mother and she lives it! I bought one for my sister in law and she said my brother vacuums now! I highly recommend this vacuum.

3 have been defective

Three of them have been defective. B&D has replaced 2 of 3,i notified them today the 3rd one speeds up and slows down, the brush doesn't stay attached either.

Gets the job done

Not so great battery life, takes a while to charge too. Wish the battery was removable so you could set it on the counter to charge.

Great small cordless vac

Lightweight, easy to operate. Maneuvers easily around furniture. Suction great for such a small appliance. It only has two speeds which works well for me. I only have one low nap carpet and the higher power worked well for it. May not work as well on a higher or more dense nap.

Poor quality and reliability

The first vacuum was purchased 11/17/23. It failed to operate after one month of use. It was returned to Lowe's on 12/31/23 and replaced by Lowe's after I paid $15 for another extended warranty. The second vacuum failed around 11/2/24. The charging lights are out of sequence and the vacuum will not operate. I took it back to Lowe's expecting another replacement but was told I had to start a warranty claim with Black and Decker, since the OEM warranty is two years and the 3-yr Lowe's Protection Plan starts when that expires. I took two days of multiple phone calls to an offshore call center.and online activity to start the warranty claim. The product quality sucks and the customer service sucks more.

It’s amazing, very lightweight and doesn’t take up to much space for storage. The light is great. And very easy to clean

Better than our Dyson!

We bought this a few weeks ago and we're really pleased. Nothing hides from this stick vacuum. Our whole house is vinyl plank, so the fluffy little hair clouds from our long-haired cat just waft everywhere. I like a stick for quick pickup, and this cordless is perfect. The price is good, the charge lasts a long time, it recharges quickly, and it stands on its own. Sounds like a gimmick, but you'll never go back! My one tiny wish is that the charger plug was bigger, but we plug in before we hang the unit up, so it's not really an issue. I totally recommend this Powerseries+.

I just purchased this vacuum today and as I vaccine the charging port area zaps me while my hand is over it vaccuuming. Doesn’t seem very safe.

Stopped working!

I just purchased this vacuum about a month ago. It worked perfectly until 5 days ago. Since 4 days ago, it will not suction at all. We have taken it apart and spent time on it trying to figure out the issue. Extremely disappointed in this product.

Really liked for 3 months. Very easy to use.

Dual power mode is nice, high power good for carpet. However, after third month roller would stop & start. then not work at all even though it was always cleaned after every use. Then the light would go off & on until it quit. Found 2 year warranty no good at store. Would have been nice if it would have at least worked for the 2 years!
