Ok, nor worth $30

I had previously purchased this product through another retailer and for this price it was amazing, this supposed same product through Walmart does not even compare and for $30 it should at least cool for a little bit, barely even feel the reactive technology working with this item. It’s also very very stiff.

This is NOT a Polar Nights Pillow!!

This is not a TheraPEDIC Therapedic® Polar Nights™ 20X Cooling Standard Memory Foam Pillow. Not even close. It's a SensorPedic Cool Coat pillow, and it stinks to high heaven of something. I was incredibly excited to find someone selling Polar Nights pillows since BB%26B went out of business. The description even says this is THEIR pillow. I ordered three since Polar Nights is the best pillow ever made. Imagine my disappointment when this nonsense arrived. It's like expecting a pony Christmas morning and getting a fish instead. Photos show what I should have received, and what actually arrived. Now I see a 'disclaimer' that says the product and description may not be accurate. What?! So this company can just send anything they want? Apparently. Luckily, I did get an actual Polar Nights pillow from a resale site, but if Soft-Tex was selling the correct item, I was going to order a lot more and stock up. Now I'll just return what they sent.

Does not stay cold like it is advertising. Don’t buy it.

I am love using medium firm pillow. this is perfect pillow who like firm pillow for sleeping. This one has really coolness from it pillow which memory foam made to breath air with cooling that really help in summer time when air is very humid. It has blue memory foam that moslty use for cooling. While pillow case has zip that is washable. Therefore, we can wash and keep it clean and feel fresh.

I absolutely love this pillow I love how it stays cool and I don’t have to flip it like you would a regular pillow to be able to get the cool side because with this pillow it’s cool all the time it’s also big enough I can use it as a body pillow and still have my head on it too. I definitely recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a pillow that stays cool.

This pillow is a great size and firmness without the weight of other pillows that I have tried. Unfortunately for me, i gave 4/5 stars due to the polar feature- would be great for the summer but i found it too cold for winter use. Would be perfect for others who need that cooling at night!

This pillow arrived about a week ago and has been a great addition to our bed.. now the only thing is that my fiancée wants one for herself. It keeps me cool in the Texas heat and that’s really the best part.

This pillow offers the perfect amount of support without being too hard. It is cooling for the back of my head and neck. I love the way I can snuggle down into it and still have good neck support. This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used!

I love pillows that are firm and that hold a shape after a full nights sleep. This pillow does just that. No more tossing and turning. The cooling gel in the pillow really works well too. I’ve had no issues of having to swap sides because I was hot. I would totally recommend this pillow!

Such a great pillow! It is extremely comfortable and conforms well to your neck and head. The cooling function is amazing. Once your head sinks into the pillow, it provides a cooling feeling that exists throughout the night. Rarely feel that need to switch sides of the pillow mid-sleep now. The cooling effect helped me stay asleep at night, I'm no longer waking up tossing and turning because I'm too hot. I learned that I no longer need to sleep with two pillows, this one gives me enough head support that I only need one. It's pretty amazing how cool it stays all night long. I'm sleeping much better at night and would highly recommend it!

Who knew that a pillow could be so comforting and cold. After a week of sleeping with my Therapedic Polar Nights pillow I came to realization that I had not been waking up with hot spells in the middle of the night. The coolness of this pillow hits me as soon as my head hits the pillow and it doesn't lose it's coolness throughout the night. Even as I toss and turn I still feel the comforting cold. Another plus is that this pillow is super soft and lightweight. It also provides great support for my neck. I even noticed that I haven't had any issues with cramps in my neck in the morning. This pillow is a win!

I may have found my perfect pillow. I'm not sure what science they used in this but this pillow is actually cool for a long time. You don't sink into it until it's paper thin, it's not bouncy, great for side sleepers and seriously cool. When you get it and unwrap it, there will be a smell which concerned me. It went away within a few hours, no headaches or anything bad, just a foam smell which I expected. We are getting another one because mine keeps changing sides on the bed.
