Came very quickly. Exactly as described. Cleaned spots in dining room carpet. It does require a bit of muscle to go over the spots several times. All the parts fit neatly in the unit.

a good tool if you have children /pets /husbands
This works extremely well. It isn't heavy even filled with water. We have two cats and a huge dog whose greatest joy is to rub against the sofas especially after the rain. This tool cleaned almost all the stains off the sofa and efficiently sucked up the dirty water so that the dry time was just several hours. I'm glad I bought it and I'd buy it again

Almost Perfect...
Perfect, but I would move the hose to the base 180° on the other side. With the hose extended, looking back u can't see if the dirty water tank is sucking up stuff or if the tank is full. #sweepstakes

We have this mattress that had this stain from juice or a soda and mind you we use mattress protectors...evidently someone didn't put it on. Any way I thought this stain was NEVER coming out and would have to throw it out. Tried the Spot Cleaner and our jaws dropped. The stain is nonexistent after using it just once!!! Would recommend this to ANYONE
