Assemblage impossible

J’ai acheté ce bureau directement du fabriquant et le mots me manquent pour dire à quel point j’ai des regrets. Bien que l’assemblage comporte somme tout peu d’étapes, l’alignement des trous est si problématique qu’il n’a pas été possible pour nous de le compléter. Malgré de nombreuses tentatives de joindre le service d’aide à l’assemblage, après 20 minutes d’attente, on mentionne systématiquement que les lignes téléphoniques sont exceptionnellement fermées et qu’on nous rappellera ce qu’ils ne font pas. Les tiroirs sont trop larges et n’entrent pas dans les rails. Les morceaux sont si lourds, qu’ils sont impossibles à manipuler sans les abimer. Mon conjoint et moi sommes très en forme et avons peiné à retourner le meuble une fois monté. Je ne comprends pas comment les gens qui ne passent pas leur temps au gym peuvent se débrouiller. Pour que le tout tienne ensemble nous avons dû acheter des équerres de métal pour corriger les problèmes de structure. Si mon commentaire peut éviter l’enfer que nous avons eu avec ce bureau, ce sera au moins ça…

My husband bought this for his home office. He works from home full -time and required a proper desk. It looks great and tidy

Desk meets my needs but does not go beyond

Installation instructions were not great. Item is made of pressboard, which is the equivalent of junk, and it is therefore EXTREMELY heavy--and breaks in the unfortunate event that the user drops it during assembly. The assembly instructions called for us to assemble the component pieces on the floor, then to lift them up--in some cases, quite high--to place them in the desired position for installation.

Multiple boxes (5) 2 damaged on delivery. Very heavy desk, once you put the thousand pieces together hope you don’t have to move it. Once built it looks ok but for the price I thought it was cheap quality (particleboard)

Great looking desk with space to add to any office

Quality is great -- Took 2 of us to put together with no issues. The desk offers a ton of space to utilize with organizers. Highly recommend for offices.

Quality is less than expected for the price, but looks nice put together. Several chipped areas of paint along the edges as well. Difficult to assemble as well.
