not a great quality and missing shams

I had purchased this a while back but just opened it today. Just like another review, I was surprised to see that there are no shams in my package. The picture is very misleading since it includes the shams. Also, the quality is not very good. Based on reading the other reviews, I see many have complained about the duvet falling apart after the first wash. I’m quite apprehensive about washing this duvet, especially with no shams I’m going to return it.

The BEST comforter we’ve ever had!!!

My husband & I have been married for 8 years & hadn’t had a comforter we loved until we were gifted this one this past Christmas! This is the perfect comforter! We have a king bed & it covers so nicely on all sides! It’s thicker, the perfect weight, super quality material, & is beautiful! We both have said many times since it’s been on our bed “This is the best comforter we’ve ever had!” I’m pretty particular when it comes to certain things. I highly recommend it if you’re ready to stop looking!

Skip the comforter and opt for the identical duvet

My daughter liked the look of the white set, so I purchased both the comforter version as well as the identical duvet cover version online in order to compare quality. The comforter went back immediately. Although pretty in appearance, the inner layer felt like cheap batting fabric; very flimsy with zero loft or fluff inside. I recommend getting the duvet cover and spending the additional money to choose a down or down alternative comforter insert based on your preferred weight & thickness.

Great product - not so great customer service

Ignore posts that say "don't be fooled" or "misleading" the listing CLEARLY reads "DUVET COVER." I got a very high-quality duvet cover - exactly what I expected. I purchased in white and have 5 cats and a dog - washed once so far and came out bright white - no bleach needed. Super comfortable and perfect quality weight. Only improvement for me could be a zipper - which I prefer. Product Awesome - Kohh's service terrible; took over a month and many calls to arrive.

Misleading

I searched for weeks for the right duvet set. I finally settled on this one and when I got it it wasn’t a set at all it was just the cover. You have to purchase the shams separately, they come in a pack of one, so you would need to order two and they were out of stock. I searched other places online for the shams and they were outrageously expensive. So by the time you buy the three

Love this comforter!

I am really pleased with this comforter. I was a bit worried based on some of the reviews but I'm so happy I bought this. I bought the white one in king size. I have a queen mattress and box spring that is directly on the floor and wanted my comforter to hang well over the bed and drape on the ground. This does exactly what I wanted. It isn't stiff but soft and flows nicely while still being thick and a heavy enough to keep you warm but not overheat you. The white color is what I would describe as a vintage white. It's not a crisp snow white but more of a worn in white. It did have a weird smell when I initially took it out the packaging but within two hours the smell was gone. The material is super soft and very comfortable! Super happy with this purchase!

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Duvet, Poor Quality

I absolutely loved the design and feel of this when I ordered it. I used it for a few months and then rotated with another duvet for winter. Recently put it back on my bed and after about 5 months of use, it's just not holding up. The threads are pulling from the criss-cross pattern (I find them on my wood floors constantly) and there is pilling to the solid portions of the duvet. I've used my sweater shaver on it twice already and it looks good immediately after, but within a week or so, this duvet looks like its old. I expect bedding purchases to last more than one season, but this one might have to be retired soon. I also purchased the shams so in total, over $200. Really disappointed as it is such a great design, but it just doesn't hold up well for the cost.
