Perfect percale!

Again, like the sheet, the pillowcases are perfect percale - everything you hope for -crisp yet silky to the touch and they surpass all expectations in the laundry - so happy!

Pretty Pillow Sham from Sferra

The material was smooth and had a quality feel to it. The embroidery was very nice and well-done. The package came very quickly in the mail.

This pillowcase was perfectly nice, but the color was not as shown. The slate blue really is so faded and grey they may as well call it grey. If you want something in the blue scale, maybe pick another from Perigold’s offerings.

Sferra green

So happy they make a green which is so hard to find. And the quality is always good. It makes a beautiful addition to my bed. I also bought the flat sheet which will be a perfect combination.

High quality material. Cool to the touch and very luxurious feeling. Helps keep your head cool when sleeping. Wish there were darker color choices tho. A bit more expensive than I'm used to, but glad I tried them and made this purchase. Would recommend.

Thin and Transparent comp. to Alternatives

Immediately compared these to white percale luxury long staple cotton 200 tc Barrata Stitched white/white Euro shams I also purchased from the Frette Hotel Classic Collection as well as a set of the same design of shams in this design and material from the Riley Home brand of linens. These were folded and packaged nearly identically with equal specs and expectations; in fact, before removing any of the 3 sets from these brands from the original packaging, they appear almost identical. However, this was my only disappointing set as one would think based on the listed equal thread count, color, stitching and overall design in the common long staple percale cotton material to get close to an identical hand and translucency to the material of each sham between them all. These fell short on softness, and I would recommend the Analisa Sferra line of percale shams if one wishes to have percale cotton by Sferra with an overall higher quality that can hold its own when compared to these others, so long as one is set on this brand but is willing to sacrifice the dual rows of embroidered stitching along the face of each sham. I think if they had not been viewed side-by-side with the others I ordered, perhaps it may have passed by me for a few uses in rotation before I noticed exactly what qualities seemed a tad inferior in this particular option of the 3 purchased. Sferra is one of my favorite linen companies and I do recommend their quality apart from this specific purchase of the euro shams in their Grande Hotel line only.

Lovely Little Sham

I have bought 3 of the Grande boudoir shams over the past 6 months. They are lovely little things -- nice fabric and well made -- and not easy to find these days. To those who don't like to iron them -- I'm afraid that's the name of the game with good cotton. If you don't want to iron them or pay someone to iron them for you, then you need to look for something in polyester or one of those cottons coated in chemicals to make them wrinkle free. Don't even think of using fabric softener -- more chemicals that will weaken the cotton.

Beautiful

Sferra bedding is always superior. Crisp, luxury percale sham to pull your bedding together. I have used these in two of my homes in all the bedrooms. I tried other less expensive brands only to be disappointed.

Thrilled to buy these fine cotton percale baby pillow cases which are next to impossible to find anywhere. Thank you Sferra & Bloomingdales. Unfortunately sateen seems to have taken over the world of linens.

Crisp and comfortable luxury!

I have been using Sferra Grande Hotel sheets for years. They have the perfect crisp, yet soft and luxurious feel! They do wrinkle in the dryer, so I give the pillow cases and top of the top sheet a quick iron. Agree with the comment that it's a good idea to wait until a promotion to buy them. The queen fitted is definitely deep enough to accommodate an extra thick mattress, but I find that the queen top sheet is not quite wide enough to tuck in fully on the sides, so I order a king flat sheet to pair with the queen fitted instead.
