Damaged in shipping

Totally inadequate packaging and over the top rough handling in shipment. The shipping box was torn apart and burst in multiple places. The package was left at the edge of my property, no notice electronically or doorbell or knock on door, fortunately I discovered it before the rain started. Got it in the house. All parts appear to be present but EVERY SINGLE PART has been damaged - bent, burst, scattered, paint cracked, rust evident. It seems clear that after the package burst it was left sitting in water at some point. The hardware bag burst, although I was able to recover enough loose hardware to assemble the cart, however with every part damaged it cannot be assembled until considerable remedial work is done. I have blacksmith tools and I believe I can straighten and recoat parts enough to render them usable, but it will involve some hours work.
