Great for weekends away

Really simple and easy to set up, I chose to set up for small feeds throughout the day as you can edit how much food is dispensed. Both my cats took to it straight away, it would be great if had a microchip cover to control what cat eats what as I have one cat who had hypoallergenic food and this was then eaten by my other cat.

Brilliant cat feeder (not cordless though)

Brilliant cat feeder. It looks smart and is a good size. Our cats have taken to it really well. It's very easy to use, we just tip the cat food into the device when it is running low.

Never considered this before but now would not be without it

When I received the feeder I thought it was very large, but once assembled (which was very easy), it wasn't at all.

I've been using this feeder for the past four weeks and would not be without it now. It took a couple of days for my cats to get used to it but now it's working a treat. It comes with a quick guide and a full user manual both of which are easy to follow. You can set up several mealtimes at your chosen times. I have just two mealtimes set up, one in the morning and the other in the evening which is their usual feeding times. It took a few attempts to set up the portion sizes but this was easily resolved. When it had dispensed too much I just tipped the extra into the hopper and adjusted the programme. You can also press a button to give an extra portion in between feeds if you want. I have added a photo of what happens if you don't put the bowls in correctly! It's great that if you are out when their meal is due you know that your fur babies will get fed. One thing you need to be aware of that this is mains powered and the battery is for back up so this does restrict where you can put the feeder. It is also quite big so if you are restricted for space then you need to consider this before buying it. There is plenty of space for both cats to be at the feeder at the same time as you will see from the picture I have attached. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

[Rewarded Review] Had two of these and they both failed the same way

The first one I had for less than six months and the power failed one day - couldn't get the wifi turned back on. Took it back to Best Buy, and they replaced it. Again, this one failed within 3 months, and i can't get the wifi to come back on (which you need to set the time). Other reviewers on Reddit had similar issues, and nobody has found a solution to this issue. I have to return it AGAIN. Epic fail on this company's part.

I purchased this feeder on a sale and thought it was a great deal. Sometimes I need to travel for a few days or over a weekend; this allows me to monitor and ensure the cats are fed.

Easier than manually feeding

Its easy to setup and is great quality. But don't assume your cats will politely eat from one particular bowl of course! I was initially confused why the food divider is adjustable as a cat/dog will not think "aha that is not my bowl so even though it has more food i will not eat from it", instead its just because different size kibble will split differently so will have to be adjusted.

Helpful but some niggly ssues

Very handy - The splitter and instructions are confusing - it says to out all the way to the right for equal portions which seems strange and also it does not given even portions you will have to mess about. Luckily my cats will eat whatever so as longs as the overall portion is correct itnis ok for when needed e.g. when out a little bit longer on random days - easy to programme once figured out. I have had a couple of error so far but spotted within a few hours

[Rewarded Review] Electric feeding unit

This feeder is pretty neat. It's clean looking and comical when the feeder announces when "It's Feeding Time" and the cats come running to the feeder. The cool thing about this unit is that you connect it to your smart phone. When you do, make sure you distinguish the feeding amounts because it starts in ounces and not cups. When we first had this item programmed to feed in the morning, the cats were being fed a large amount of 2 to 3 ounces, not cups. We first thought the unit was defective until reading and discovering that we needed to adjust the amount and now it works great. I would like to have a unit that come with a larger food revisor or have this revisor expandable. We have only had this unit for a short time, but as of right now, we like it and so do our animals.

It’s ok

The feeder works however it’s only this small thing that splits the food into the two different bowls- so it’s not really an even split. Also, it does get “blocked” frequently and that’s because of the small thing that is meant to separate the food into the two bowls. The app itself works fine and it was super easy to set up however, i think it’s not worth the price. If it was a single bowl, it would probably be perfect because it wouldn’t get blocked.

[Rewarded Review] Overly complicated

While the quality of the product seems good overall, I found it impossible to connect to my WiFi through the app. It requires a 2.4 GHz connection and I own an Eero WiFi router that uses 5 GHz signal. Even when turning off the 5 GHz and leaving only the 2.4 on, I could never get it to connect. As such, I ended up returning the product. I’m giving it three stars because the features themselves seem great, but are outdated and overly complex in others.

This product is phenomenal. I travel out of the country often, and not only does this device feed the preset amount (that you preset) on time and every time, the camera is of great quality and allows you to see that your pets (in my case cats) are eating. You can also automatically feed, and speak through the device to your pets. The setup is super simple, and this product has been extremely reliable. I would (and already have) recommend this to all pet owners.

We had went on vacation and had a sitter come in the house for a couple of hours every day to care for our 6 month old kittens. When they were alone we were able to check in on them with the camera frequently. It detects movement and has a setting that can be turned on to send an alert when there is motion. If you missed them at that moment it takes a screenshot of what the movement was and keeps a log. Clear video day or night. It was great for my kids to be able to watch the kittens in real time while we were away. We could even speak to them through the microphone. The machine dispenser works flawlessly. It was a very simple set up with the app. We are so happy with this product!

The first thing i noticed about it was the build quality, it looks more expensive than it is, sturdy and futuristic. Setting it up is easy with the instructions provided. The app has been working fine for me. The camera quality is better than my doorbell camera. I wish the volume on this thing was a bit more as i can barely hear the recorded message it plays when dispensing food but apparently the cats come running everytime so cant complain much. I have had instances where the app would send notifications that the feeder is jammed, this is very annoying as i have to check that and try and fix it, wish it did not do that this often. Overall a decent and necessary purchase if you have cats.

[Rewarded Review] Great Feeder for the Cats!

My wife and I had been considering an auto feeder for quite some time and this went on sale for Black Friday. We pulled the trigger and are quite happy with it. The feeder feels well built and sturdy. The camera is handy and connects quickly with the app. It’s great to check on them while you’re away. Our one gripe is that it somewhat frequently gets blocked as its dispensing food and will stop dispensing. Once the cats start eating and the food shifts in the bowl it will continue dropping food as normal. Not a huge deal as it seems to always fix itself as the cars eat, but kind of annoying. Would definitely recommend to any of our cat owning friends.

[Rewarded Review] Works great

This is a must for ant busy pet owners. Setup was super easy and so far I haven’t had any issues. You can set your feeding schedule (morning and night), portion amount, video call (and audio) and you’re able to record video. There are so many features which makes a great product. My only complaint is the lever to change which side gets more food. My cats are always playing with it and sometimes they move the lever and one cat will get more food. Besides that though, it’s great. They haven’t managed ti break into the thing either and that’s a big accomplishment considering one id a notorious trash cat and WILL try and break into anything to get food.

I recently bought this and found it so useful to my kitten! He always wakes up early at 6am and tries to wake me up for food. This automatic feeder solves the problem perfectly! And the real standout feature for me is the built-in camera monitoring system. It provides me with peace of mind, allowing me to check on my pets anytime, anywhere, via the PetLibro app. I can also adjust the time and amount of feeding anytime. Also with the SD card inserted, I can track the time that my cat eat and try to understand his habit! It’s so nice to have it and I would definitely rate it with 5 stars!
