Smelled of burning rubber/plastic

Based on the positive reviews I purchased it; I plugged it in and w/in 5 min. I was overcome by the smell of burning rubber/plastic -- obv. will be returning -- maybe I got a lemon and it's a one-off -- who knows

Warms the room to a cozy & comfortable temperature. Reasonable price range. I also like the top handle which makes moving it around easy. Happy with my purchase :)
