Compatible?

I have a Kohler Transpose Complete Solution toilet and this Bidet gets such great reviews I would love to buy one but is it compatible? Thanks

I don’t t understand all the good reviews. I’m so annoyed because I love the bidet function but the stupid seat keeps moving side to side. I took off the seat and tighten the screws but it’s not that. I bought this because it’s supposed to fit the elongated toilet. I can’t even return it.

This is what I recommend to all my customers who are wanting a real bidet. Easy to install, tons of features, very affordable. I have installed lots of bidets from Kohler, Toto, Duravit, etc. and you can spend a ton of money but this is the best bang for the buck IMO. I have one myself on a Kohler Cimmarron and it's really a great combo.

Great price on a quality bidet seat.

Great Product but has flaws

Just installed my Bidet Toilet Seat. My wife and I absolutely love the clean feeling and the features, BUT…. The seat pulls so much amperage when the heated seat or the heated water feature are on that the lights flicker. Electrician said that the only way to get rid of the flicker is to get a dedicate circuit for the toilet seat.

Overall I really like this bidet it functions well is comfortable and gets the job done well. It was easy to self install too. Two things keep it from getting 5 stars. 1, The dryer does practically nothing I would like to see a stronger air flow to really dry. 2. The lid is extremely flimsy. Do not think you're going to sit on the lid to watch the kids in the tub or anything like that. I would expect the lid to be much more durable like a traditional toilet seat lid. That said, would I buy it again? Yes.

Will be returning this ASAP!!! Poor customer service from Koehler, and what the reviews say is true, remote issues and not pairing.

Very easy to install. Instructions were clear and pairing of the remote was quick once I understood the Stop button on the side of the seat (not the one on the remote) was to be pressed to complete the programming sequence. Now that we have used the bidet (less than a month) we wouldn’t be without one - especially this one with heated water.

Most practical and welcome addition to my bathroom experience!

Remote won't pair

Installed the unit without much trouble. But the remote never paired. The blinking lights indicated it was in the pairing mode, but after dozens of tries it still didn't work. Kohler's service line connected me with one Aaron, who was very helpful, went through the pairing with me (more than once, and concluded there was a problem as his instructions couldn't get it done either. First step was to send me another remote. It arrived incomplete (cap missing from the battery compartment), but it would not work either. So Plan B is to replace the seat itself (oh joy.....), and that was my goal today. I gave up after a long wait time was announced by the system, and not having the ability to answer a return call from Kohler without having a set time, I hung up. Will try again tomorrow. Stay tuned. I've used Kohler's excellent products for decades, and this irritating experience is an outlier. Am hoping it will get resolved quickly. This is not the kind of Kohler product I'm used to.......As Aaron indicated, the spray still works, but it 's cold water and the drier air is also cold. Not my wife's idea of a pleasant experience......

Good cleaning

Bought this 2 months ago and the last 2 weeks it will not work. The remote sounds one time and nothing happens. It doesn’t even do its pre-cycle when you sit on the seat. I have to unplug it and plug it back in for to reset and then I’m able to use it. However, I have done this three times this week and it’s getting worse as time progresses. Any thoughts?

Highly recommend this product, especially for people with range of motion limitations. Makes caregiving much easier.
