missing parts

Seriously, I hate working with companies that have zero quality control standards. I live over an hour away from home depot and ordered this toilet special, took a while to arrive, finally get it home, go to install it and WHAT A SURPRISE missing pieces. Better than it being broken (like everything else I order) but I can't install now because the whole bag of EZ-Install kit is missing NOT included as it plainly states. I cannot attach it to the floor now. The box was sealed, and now what??

A clean powerful flush

I like this toilet as a product. Directions were clear and they give you a tool to avoid over-tightening the mounting and tank bolts. My only criticism is the price for this product - reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Very expensive.

Powerful flush

Purchased this in July of 2024 to replace a 20+ year old Kohler. Needed the 14" dimension and there aren't many options. So happy with this unit. It flushes very strongly. The chair height is great for us that are getting up there in age! It arrived on time. Extremely happy with the purchase, and delivery. Will us this company again when the need arises.

Month later and still don't have full order

I would love to leave a review - but I have now been waiting a month for my '14 inch rough in" toilet order - I rec'd half of the toilet. I have called your company 5 times and gotten 5 different excuses - it feels like I'm speaking to someone in their basement instead of a huge company - Everyone keeps telling me it's coming, they will research it - or oh it's on back order but it will be done next week - and the last one was it was "lost in transit", she even gave me a new order number case # and it is now 4 days later and I still haven't rec'd the email confirmation or tracking information. I called back and apparently the whole company is closed and in training today - so now probably have to go through the hassle of returning half the toilet that I did receive so I can try to order from a reliable business - this is insane - I went through American Standard website thinking it would be more reliable than Amazon, honestly at this point I feel like someone is punking me to see how long it takes for me to lose my mind.

This is the toilet that is not in white. I absolutely hate the color white. It is boring and blah. I had to pay an additional $300 because it is not white . Nothing in my house is white. First time I had to pay this kind of money for something that is not white. I absolutely love the color but being robbed of $300 because it is not white is totally ridiculous.

The manufacturer’s posted specs are wrong. I should have listened to other reviews stating that issue. The installed 14” rough-in is about 2.25” off the wall, much wider gap than shown in the drawings. I spent time researching several manufacturers & chose this toilet based on misinformation. The packaging was open on both ends. The glaze in the trap had a crack (seems to just be the glaze), but the manufacturer could care less and said to return it to HD - but that would have added much time since out of stock. HD was very pleasant and tried to have a better outcome than the manufacturer. Not one offered a discount, which is unusual in these unsatisfactory conditions. The under rim glaze is pretty uneven and I foresee cleaning issues in future. PLUS SIDE - very powerful flush (but not loud) and no debris. Function is great. Finishings are not, and I’m very disappointed their online specs are false.

Great Fit

The Cadet Pro fit perfectly in my bathroom. It arrived on a timely basis and was an excellent purchase.

Perfect fit and works like a charm

This is a great toilet. It is easy to sit on and get off of. it flushes great. The rim of the bowl is a little wide for our bowl light though. we just hung the bowl light somewhere else.

This toilet didn’t fit properly. It was to long from the bowl to tank and the wall had to be cut to make it fit. It should have been returned, but I had company coming and needed it. I have purchased this same toilet before and it fit perfectly. Very unhappy about this now I have a hole in my wall to fix, sad.

I can't rate the product, only the disconnect. I ordered this FOURTEEN INCH rough-in toilet TWICE. BOTH TIMES a 12in rough-in was delivered to the store for pickup.

It is not installed yet so don't have much to say yet.

It arrived shattered in a million pieces. Was shipped just ceramic toilet in a card board box. there was zero protection inside or outside of the box to prevent this from happening. I'm surprised it was shipped like this because it will obviously arrive broken every time. I told the person at the store return desk and then shrugged it off like this is normal. There are no in-store options for toilets with 14" rough-ins.

Finally... the right size.

Gap between tank and wall! Spent the extra money on one of the 2 14inch rough-in options Home Depot offers to avoid this gap, but there's still 2 inches between toilet tank and the wall. After first receiving a shattered toilet and having to return/reorder, we installed this one and I was very disappointed to find out that I probably could have bought a 90 dollar toilet to do the same job. Maybe the wrong toilet was in the box? Who knows, but after being without a toilet for several weeks due to the reordering process, this one's just gonna have to work. The toilet itself does what a toilet should do and installation was easy. Definitely wish I would have went with a less expensive option. Buyer beware, if you're thinking about forking out the extra few hundred dollars to avoid a gap behind the tank, this option is not for you!
