It works, but...

Whoever thought that the back supporting panel should actually be two pieces should be fired. It took an additional half hour just to get these lines up and they do not attach to each other in back once placed. Stupid design flaw for the price point.

Lame I do not recommend

This item is so freaking flimsy it is poorly designed and as an engineer I am shocked at the moment this piece of furniture has. If you do not firmly secure this to a wall it is unusable. In addition it was one of the most difficult things to put together. Why is the back cardboard two separate pieces? The most difficult part to install was the cardboard backing

Directions need more words. Page was missing from directions. Doors slam, need soft tabs.

Nice Pantry

I had read other reviews and was concern about purchasing this panty. It looks great. Perfect size. Although, I did have a carpenter to assemble it. It took him 2 1/2 hours, with no problems. It came in three days.

Three in one broom pantry cabinet.

Product design is super. Spacious bottom and attached full height standing area and the adjacent shelves to cleaning liquids and other tools are very convenient to store floor mopping & vacuuming tools in one place.

Truthfully, just waiting for second package to arrive. So this is a review of customer service accessibility not the cabinet. I am unable to track the second package as the package is marked as delivered. And there is no category under the topics for customer service issues that addresses this.

This cabinet is way overpriced for the quality. My husband is skilled at putting furniture together and it took him four hours. He said it took forever to line everything up so it snapped together. The outside door knobs didn't even line up with the holes. It also seems a bit tippy so we are getting those anchors.

There were no instructions how to assemble included inside the box.

Please do not buy this pantry. It took me and my husband two days to put it together with too much frustration. The parts don't align well, the backing does not go in with the instructions provided...very poor craftsmanship.

Fair for the price

Most of unit was as expected for the low price except for the back 'wall' of the unit which was comprised of two thin vertical pieces. We reinforced the back by screwing a horizontal piece of 1/2" lumber across the back. Also, it is a broom closet, not a vacuum closet. Would not fit my Shark Navigator vacuum as the broom side was about 7" wide. Note, every piece is separate and needs assembly. Once assembled, it functions as advertised and the boxes arrived undamaged and on time.
