This chair was NOT made to last. Purchased this four years ago. The pneumatics work fine and it was a beautiful chair before the red outer leather started dissolving away.

This chair is very well made.The base, arms and frame are all metal and the faux leather looks like the real thing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the vinyl is...not cheap looking at all. The chair is also very sturdy and comfortable. Others have commented about the arms being wobbly, but I didn't experience that issue. My only small complaint is that I feel like the arms could be a little bit wider. If they weren't padded, I think they'd be pretty uncomfortable, but with the padding, they're fine.

The chair is stylish, modern looking chair. However, if you are using it as a work chair and are sitting in it for long periods of time, I would reconsider buying it. While it is cushioned, there is no "give" in the back. You are sitting straight up. My neck has been so stiff the last couple of weeks and the chair has been the thing that has changed.

Minimal labour and time required to put the chair together as it came in very few pieces. Took me about 10 minutes. Sturdy chair - very heavy and can take on quite a bit of weight. High-quality - wheels roll on our hardwood floors easily (never get stuck) and the height adjustable feature works smoothly. Comfortable - faux-leather seat is cushioned, stain resistant, and expensive looking!

Sleek chair. Upholstery is great -- doesn't look cheap. Is it a nice warm white. Comfortable enough and adjust up and down and tilts.

This is a beautiful, comfortable office chair. Feminine because of the color with a sleek modern look. Easy to assemble. All assembly parts included including Allen wrench plus an extra screw & cap.

It's a nice slim chair for a small space and a smaller person. It has clean sleek lines and looks really sharp. It's easy to put together. It has a slight tilt mechanism but not real much, and it has an automatic height adjustment. I am very satisfied with it. Nice smooth fake leather, looks nice. A little bit of lumbar support, but not enough in my opinion. I'm thinking of putting a lumbar pillow in that area for extra support. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

This did not qualify for Home Essentials Direct prime and they stated I would get it in 2-3 wks and I got it in less than 24hrs! It was super easy to put together and it's very chic. It swivels and rocks... Very comfortable. I sat in it all day yesterday with no back pain (and there's enough room for me to keep one leg proped up on the chair seat). I did a ton of research prior to buying for fear of buyer remorse...and I am very satisfied!

This chair is very easy to set up but I felt disappointed at first. It doesn't fit or tilt back like I expected--but I will work on it. Perhaps it is meant for someone who weighs more than a hundred pounds. But the longer it sits in my living room the more I like it. It is not a sweet little chair like the picture shows. It is an impressive big chair. Oh, it's adjustable--but I might just leave it the way it is and incorporate a little step stool next to it. Because when you sit on it behind your desk you will feel like you are King of the Mountain. (Or Queen). And that red leather and shiny chrome is "Wow"!
