The drawer looks great and I love the design. Perfect for a smaller space. Assembly instructions were clear. I’m a little worried about how sturdy it is. I will be sure not to put much weight on it.

Simple install

I was slightly nervous because of the negative reviews about the installation- totally unfounded. This is very simple to put together and took less than a half hour. I bought two and the directions were easy to follow- pretty similar to IKEA. A Phillips screwdriver is the only tool you need. I haven’t mounted them yet, but I will update this review once I do.

Versatile side table

After being alittle overwhelmed by all the pieces and the actual 70 minutes to build, it actually went well. It felt like I was doing a jig saw puzzle. It's not quite 16 inches wide (15.75) and has a small drawer. It is made of a heavy particle board. The drawer pulls out perfectly. The only thing I did not do was install it to the wall. I rested it on a decorative box, for now. I looks good next to our new white Murphy Bed.

Instructions; not as good as other products that I have had the opportunity to see assembled by my husband. He has assembled numerous pieces of furniture but these were not complete and in a logical order as other instruction. They show the cam bolts in step 4, they were inserted in step 3 by my husband as an example of the logic. Never mention cam in the writing until step 7.

Too heavy for wall installation

The only reason I could assemble the Nathan James Jackson 16 in. White Rectangle side “table” is because I have assembled many furniture pieces and could figure out what went where even though either the instructions were missing or the parts were not labeled correctly. For instance the picture for the drawer shows the cam locks on two sides but no cam bolts. In fact the instruction to insert the cam bolts come in the next step - step 4 - when it should have been in step 3. The box contains anchors for wall mounting although I may not fix it to the wall but use it as an extension of an existing cabinet. It would be too heavy to mount on drywall especially if books and other weighty objects are placed on it. I am guessing it is 16” wide because most homes have studs 16” apart. But with the “French Cleats” that are needed for wall installation the distance between the two screws will be 12 inches or less. Besides unless your bed is placed in such a way leaving the exact space next to it to fix the table on the studs it will not work. It is a misnomer to call it a “table” as it is really a wall shelf. That having been said the assembled product looks good although it is made from particle board. This may work for people who don’t care for the strain on their walls but not for me.

Great Design, but Small

I like the design and engineering. This a unique end table. It's designed to hang on a wall using a method similar to hanging a heavy mantle or picture. The drawer works perfectly. The table and the drawer are really small.
