i love the item over all but the instructions were really confusing

Heavy and the desk is a bit flimsy

I bought this as a means of consolidating space and maybe making the desk into a nook for sewing. Unfortunately, the desk portion is a bit on the weak side and shouldn't have too much weight on it. Installation was tricky since the product itself was heavy. Ended up getting rid of it when I moved.

Great Solution for Tight Spaces

This is the perfect desk for super tight, multitasking spaces. Quality seems decent for the price. Not an heirloom quality piece, but it folds out and tucks away well. Read the instructions well and get a friend or handyman to help you install.

sturdy and great design

This desk is great for small spaces, it was an easy assembly with clear directions. my only concern was it being too heavy for the wall. I placed a small bookshelf underneath for some extra support. it looks and feels great.

I had this pull out desk in my small nyc apartment and it was great. Tucked away when I wasn't using it and pulled out when I needed a work desk. I had someone help screw it into a stud on the wall for added support. Not sure if it would have held otherwise. And the chalkboard front was fun to draw or leave notes on.

Great for an apartment

Great desk an ideal item for an apartment to save space !it came well wrapped and the color is rich black of great quality . It was delivered fast

Okay for the price

Quality is okay for the price however the hardware could be better. Several pieces of hardware came shattered and unusable. The chalkboard surface is a little wavy but only noticeable if looking closely and sometimes when drawing on it. It was easy to install and mount to the wall by myself. Took roughly 45 minutes. The mechanics of it opening and closing work well, easy for my 7 yo to function, however the clasp will need to be replaced eventually as it is not strong enough to withstand the pressure of the desk while closed. The surface has chipped in a couple areas, would only buy again if it was priced lower.

Nice and compact and serves it purpose very well. This is a small deck for a laptop. Do not expect to have a monitor on this thing and have success. We did a wall mount monitor with it and it works very well.

Instead of working on the dining room table, I needed a fold up wall desk by the dining room window. This fits perfectly between my china cabinet and buffet table, flush on the wall. I hung a picture on it, stable on top and bottom. When it's time to pull down the desk, the picture stays on the leg and I have just enough room from the wall to the dining chairs. When closed, it just looks like art work on the dining room wall.

Great desk!

I was nervous this would look out of place situated in the middle of my daughter's bedroom wall, but it didn't. I've done a few craft projects on it and she uses it for homework. It's sturdy and is a HUGE space saver! I'm happy with this purchase.

been searching for a compact desk that will fit into our converted space and this fit really well; not much to assemble and mounting was very easy.

Great space saver

We purchased this for our 12 year old son's very full bedroom. We love it. I would have given 5 star if it were a bit more stable. We reinforced to ensure it could withstand the wear and tear of a 12 year old boy, but other than that it is functional, attractive and a good value in my opinion.

Playroom perfection

We have a limited space in our playroom and we wanted to find a space for our daughter to do her homework etc while the little brothers play. This met our needs perfectly.
