Easy to assemble parts that are attached are fragile one side was falling apart glued and hammered back in to secure ut better.

Came with broken cups. Was sent replacements. Easy to assemble. Overpriced for what you get. Expected much better quality. Bottom on trays stain if any food gets on them, which, is going to happen with a toddler. Paper doesn’t stay in place so I have to tape the bottom to keep it from moving all over the place. Keep looking.

Damaged

Unfortunately the item arrived with a scratch on the chalkboard. It's also not the best chalkboard surface as it's not really a chalkboard material. The overall size and function wasn't an issue though, and it seems to do the job. But might not be the best quality for the price.

My nieces loved this! Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Durable.

Clunky Experience but Satisfied

I was disappointed to receive the product with missing pieces after reading other reviews with the same comment. My expectation would be that, upon receiving such feedback, KidKraft would do a quality check on their inventory to ensure the same error doesn't persist. I received excellent customer service from the person I spoke with on the phone to order the missing parts, so ordering the parts was easy for me to do online (albeit quite timely as it took about 2 weeks for them to arrive, which was a longer wait time than for the easel itself). The easel is quite nice, though not of the sturdiest quality. We are overall happy with the product now that we have all the pieces and were able to assemble it, but not sure we would purchase again.

My daughter uses this every day! I like that it versatile, and can be flip-flopped around to make it new again. We’ve gotten so many wonderful works of art out of it. 

Very beautiful, however not very durable. We purchased for our preschool program and after one week has already been damaged. Very sad!

I bought the Easel for my first great granddaughter. She loves to paint, play with calk and draw pictures. With this easel has it all. Chalkboard, paper, and a dry erase board!! She’s going to love it.!!!

This product is the definition of “ok, I guess.” It had several minor nicks and/or subtle imperfections on delivery, but nothing major or worth the hassle of doing anything about. Packaging wasn’t great — almost certain it was an open-box item.

The features of this product are great but the quality is very poor. The chalkboard is difficult to write on and the whiteboard is hard to wipe with the sponges provided. But most significantly, the stand tips over very easily. It fell by my 3-year-old daughter and she is a very careful and gentle child in general. I do worry about this easel in terms of safety.

Arrived quickly. All parts included with very good assembly instructions. It’s for my grandkids. I’m thinking it will be a hit. Only thing that would make it better is if the dry erase side were also magnetic.

The concept is cool and I love the look of it. My daughter loves it too. However, the materials are pretty cheap. Some of it almost cracked from tightening with the provided tools. And it’s not all that sturdy.

Love it, perfect for my kids 3.5yrs and 16 months. We love the adjustable height and it’s visually appealing unlike some of the art easels that are more of an eye sore. Only downfall the shelf did crack while in use, but it’s okay, we still love it.

Well packed. Instructions/pictures were adequate to assemble product. All parts fit well. Quality product. Happy with this purchase!

Not sturdy enough for child use, a shelf came broken, and the legs aren't easily adjustable ~ you have to take the legs off and put them back on for a different height.

Very happy with this easel! It is made from good quality wood. I was worried it could be flimsy, but it is far from it. Assembly wasn’t so bad either. I highly recommend this product to all. No question, five stars!

This is a really nice well made easel for children that provides the opportunity to paint, use the chalkboard or whiteboard. As the child grows, you can raise the height. Highly recommend this.

My granddaughter has not stopped playing with her easel!

This is super cute! I bought it as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Currently assembling it and found two pieces that hold the paper roller are cracked.... contacting KidKraft. Looks like they have a good warranty in place for this type of issue.

We absolutely loved this product, and my daughter used it non stop, but unfortunately today it literally snapped at the legs, and we have had it for 7 months. I have one very sad little girl and I’m disappointed it didn’t last. I have no idea what could have caused this to happen.
