The tub was and will be good. Can't say that for the faucet. The hot water cartridge was defective in that after turning the water on then off the handle went past where one would expect the handle to stop and the water would start again. I was told in a call to the manufacturer that they would send out a new faucet. That was six weeks ago. Called yesterday and spoke to someone else and they have now supposedly shipped me a new cartridge. We'll see.

The pipes that came with this sink were unusable. They were so thin you could almost see through them. The drain would not seal and the goose neck leaked. Had to get all new piping.

Sink is too light weight. Faucet made of plastic. Leaked. Had to find and purchase a replacement!!!!!!

Fantastic. But ditch the faucet and drain

It's a lovely little utility sink and it will get the job done. Save yourself the headache and throw out the faucet and drain assembly and put something better on. What it comes with is cheap plastic and it will no doubt fail.

The faucet did not work properly. We paid a plumber over $300 to come and install. I went to Home Depot they told me I had to call the company. I did that. They were nice and said they would send a replacement. That was over 2 weeks ago. I called back yesterday. She said someone in customer service would call me back with in 30 minutes. I haven’t heard a word. I am very disappointed that neither Home Depot or the manufacturer would back the product. My plumber has agreed to come back and put a new one in for the trip charge ($70). But it takes only a 4” center faucet and I have not been able to find one that is the same design.
