Like the look of the pantry cabinet. It fits our space perfectly. We didn't have any bad pieces (warping or scratches). Happy with our purchase. With our online purchase, delivery was fast! Its heavy so make sure you ask the delivery team to bring into your garage.

I'm not sure how to write this review : the cabinet is beautiful and can't be used for my intended use. Directions were a little difficult to follow. The main complaint is : the wood STINKS! I'm not sure what type of wood they used but it smells terrible! I was going to use this as a pantry to store food - I won't be doing that now, as I am concerned the "smell" will leach into the food! I will have to use it as a display cabinet or something else that doesn't involve health issues. Disappointed I can't use it as I wanted to but it is a beautiful cabinet. I've even used essential oil air freshener sprays and now have charcoal bags in every space. It's only been a week so we will have to see if any of these options work at eliminating the "smell".

Well written instructions

The instruction booklet was done real nice. The translation is understandable and illustrations are very helpfull. I’ve built many of this type of furniture, others have had trouble adjusting the doors. Mine went right on no problem. One thing, if you build this alone as I did put the two large assembled top and bottom on there side so you can line up the 13 pegs and get the backer panel in the slot at the same time. Took me 3.5 hours, but I build things for a living.

Not Easy

Four stars because it looks very nice. The putting it together is another story. Took us almost 2 weeks to put together. My hubby needed help and l can’t spend many hours on standing because of a back condition. This was Not Easy to put together. We had to have our neighbor come and help lift the unit….it’s quite heavy for one person to handle. We just need to put one more door on….yay! Today, we just ran out of steam….and l can really, really say, l’m glad this will be over with.

So far customer service is non-existent...

I love the cabinet but i was missing hardware and one door was cut too large so it doesn't fit in the cabinet. I've tried contacting customer service but it's an answering machine?? Sent an email. Will contact Home Depot next. Way too much money to have one of the doors not working!! If they make it right, I'll increase my stars. I already bought the extra screws needed because i was in the middle of putting it together and wanted to get out done!

Junk

Got this delivered. Took us 8 hours to put it together. The top is fine. The bottom doors and drawers do not align. The company does not andwer. Home Depot refuses to do anything about it. The only option they gave me is to take it apart and return! They refuse to send anyone out to fix it. My husband s 72 years old. It was a lot of work and now to have to take it apart is ridiculous! Horrible customer service!!! Dont buy!
