Good product, easy installation

This was my first electric bidet. After having an electrician install the outlet, I installed it myself. It took about 40 minutes, the directions are straightforward though they could use better illustrations. Highly advise paying attention to threading the couplers, misthreading them usually means a call to the plumber or ordering replacement parts. Also, it was not clear that the nozzles were taped, my initial try was a fail and I quickly realized the nozzles were taped. Removing them solved the problem. The blower fan is emitting a plastic smell, I suspect plastic shavings have dropped off and that this is a temporary issue. It's too new to give you any thoughts on longevity. Directions for the bidet are straightforward, quick adjustments yield the desired outcome. All in all a good solid first couple of days of performance.

Just had installed last week when our bathroom renovation finished. I am sometimes hesitant to use but don't know why. I guess because I have never had the experience before. The item arrived early and the package was very well boxed and taped with no damage obvious. I always video when opening a package that cost this much in case there is damage to the item. Everything was perfect!! This comes with a remote. When my contractor saw this he said he had a call into NASA (very funny) on how to install but he said it was very easy. Since we had remodeled the contractor made sure he put everything in place electrical so there was no problem. Now the outcome: you can adjust water and dryer temperatures. I haven't used all the extra buttons like for the vortex. Maybe later. Seat is so warm when you sit on it. That's the most important thing to me. My old seat was always so cold. Since I've has several rotator cuff surgeries (this is why I wanted to purchase this) it's really made a difference not straining my shoulder to clean myself. If you are on the fence about buying a bidet I suggest that you go ahead and make the jump. I actually think they should put in all nursing homes. Just think of the time it would save the staff after someone has an accident before they can get to the bathroom. I don't think I will ever be without one again.

Spoiled on Our First Bidet

We purchased the BioBidet BB-1000 in March 2020, as toilet paper shortages were making the news. Having travelled to Japan previously, we'd had exposure to various hotel units and toyed with the idea of getting a bidet before. The threat of no TP proved just the inspiration we needed to buy. We're grateful we did! This model is excellent, especially for the price.

Bio Bidet WORST Customer Service

I bought this bidet seat from another vendor. It was a Christmas present so I didn't get it wired and installed until just after the 30-day return window. After getting it set up, I noticed immediately that the deodorizer fan was making a loud buzzing sound, like a fan blade was hitting the housing or a bearing was out. I immediately contacted the company and asked them to send me a new replacement. I had already disposed of the old toilet seat and plumbing hoses and it would be a major hassle to send the new unit to the company and wait for a replacement on a DOA unit. The service rep agreed with me. Then I got an email from the company with an RMA asking me to ship them my unit at MY expense. I contacted them again and they were adamant that they would not send me a new unit like the first rep had said. They did offer to provide me a shipping label however.
