One of my room spray bottle leaked the day I opened the box I sent a note that I would like a replacement and how do I send the damaged one back and have never heard from anyone.

This is very beautifully packaged no scent candle . I’m sad about it as I was expecting an ORANGE BLOSSOM fragrance - it’s non descriptive..not more than a birthday candle!
