still has not shipped

ordered on October 26th, got ups tracking number. ups never got package. called customer service last Monday, problem not fixed ups still has not got package. want my lamp or my money back!!!!

Only 1 of 2 worked

It is a nice looking lamp, however there are some design flaws. One of the 2 lights I purchased would flash and strobe when turned on. The other was fine with the same bulbs, however it seems to change brightness on its own. I have it set for nightlight but when I get up, it is bright. So frustrating.

This little lamp is stylish and emits a lot of light. This was a very good purchase and I recommend.

Cute look but the touch feature is bad

My teenage daughter is in love with the look of this lamp so I keep trying yo grt one that will work for her. Sadly we returned the first one we received and the replacement isnt any better. The first one stopped working after we tried to straighten the light bulb while the light was off, but plugged in. The manual says in bold print to make sure the light is unplugged before taking the bulb in or out but my teen didnt know that and just turned the light bulb a little since it looked crooked. The lamp stopped functioning altogether since there is no other way to turn it on than by touch. We returned that one and received the replacement today. The touch feature only works once out of every 20 or so times you touch this lamp. So we got the lamp to come on, eventually, then get brighter, eventually, and finally to the brightest setting but when my daughter tried to turn it iff to go to sleep, the touch-feature wouldnt turn it off no matter how many times we tapped it. I cant decide if we are going to go for "third times a charm" or not because this is so annoying.

Very good quality lamp.

Needed a short lamp in my entry hall that fit under a big picture. This desk lamp is very good quality. I love the touch base. Exactly what I was looking for. I would buy this lamp again for other places in my home.

Wonderful lamp, perfect ‘Mini’ size

Purchased for our bedside, loved it so much I ordered another for my dad, touch function is great for him. The 3rd was a birthday gift and had it shipped to SD, she used it on nightstand and loves it too! Puts out plenty of light, I bought the required 40 watt G16.5 bulb, low is great for nighttime trips, high is enough for me to read by

Sweet lamp - smaller than you think.

Fun touch lamp. Not a standard bulb and it doesn't come with one. So, go see if you can find the bulb first. I used the basic chandelier type bulb even though it's not recommended, but it works.

This lamp is perfect for our nightstand. The tap feature is nice. We only wish that the tap feature went from bright to dimmer rather than dim to bright.

LOVE THIS LAMP. THE SIZE AND TOUCH DIMMER. BUT THE DOME WOULD NOT PIVOT, SO IT POINTED STRAIGHT DOWN, IT WAS FROZEN. IF I HAD FORCED IT, IT WOULD HAVE BROKEN. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO RETURN, WHICH IS NEVER A HASSLE.

My hubby and I love this one touch lamp. You touch to decide the brightness. We use it as a night night at night while everyone is sleep and a lamp when you are reading.
