Received item was left in an area we couldn’t get. Also received the wrong color, item was suppose to be white but got black.

Still assembling.

Still assembling this 4 months later. My husband doesn’t care for it and every time he puts another piece on he finds something is missing or doesn’t fit together correctly.

This looks even more beautiful in person! It took awhile to put together, but the pieces were thoughtfully packaged and the instructions were great. Several pieces could be assembled super quickly. The fireplace is beautiful and warm. I recommend it.

I bought this unit 1.5yrs ago to help warm a room above the garage. unfortunately, the heating coil has already fried and doesn't produce heat anymore. disappointing

Great appliance , be careful in assembling

Great appliance with good quality. I recommend to have 2 people to assemble. I stumbled on the part where we had to put the wood that the glass door would be resting in. We almost gave up with the thought that we would have to remove the last part.Good thing we thought about just taking off the top and changing the left wood to the right and then the completion.

Heavy, but very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. Only a screwdriver was needed for assembly. Heater works great, very nice look. Everyone that has seen it says it is so nice. We love it and recommend it to others!

The stand is beautiful and the fireplace cozy. The only problem assembling it was that there were no pre-drilled holes to secure the fireplace. Other than that it went together easily.

Takes about 3 hours to put together. Once together it’s nice. Box that it comes in is very heavy.

Its beautiful, warm, and silent. Instructions for assembly were well written and illustrated. Great solo or supplemental heat source for a room. Recommend if you want a fireplace without an exterior vent or construction costs.

Nice looking Fireplace!

The fireplace looks amazing. It was kind of hard to put together, took us 5 hours and we ended up having to take it apart at the end because a piece was put on wrong. It also makes a clunking noise when it's on. But overall we love it!

I have had this unit for years, it has held up, now I just want something different so I will pass this on to my son because it is still good for many more years. Only thing the fire place stop working, well the heat part but the flames still come on.

It is very time consuming to put together it took me almost 9 hours to put this together but it does work great! If I ever buy anything else it will be pre assembled

Looks great, love the “fire”.

The “fire” looks real and crackles. We have our 65” tv on top. Good and steady stand and it’s a nice piece of furniture. Gotta’ have a fireplace even in Florida! Love it!
