Remote Sensor Light is too bright

The Light on the remote sensor is too bright and makes falling sleep difficult. It should either dim when night mode is activated or just make is less bright

Upgraded and Saved Money

Had the Z-1000 for our bedroom. Due to a recent Sale, we upgraded to the Z-2000. Thanks folks!

2nd purchase

We purchased a large TruSens a couple of years ago for our primary living space. It has been a great help in reducing odors, dust and allergens. We had an old smaller different brand in our bedroom. It recently quit working and I purchased another TruSens! Such a great difference.

Good Points: Very responsive to air quality change

So glad when it arrived, set it up in my bedroom/bathroom (they're connected) easy to set up. I put on auto, and let it run all day. Has helped a lot, I'm not coughing at night like I use to. When goes up is a little noisy, but really didn't both me. Normally at nite it ran low on its own, and we slept well.

Sensor problem

This is my 4th TruSens and I am pleased with all EXCEPT the sensor on one of my TruSens no longer functions. I tried everything it was only a year old. I called and was told it would be replaced. It never happened!!! Why?

I use this in my bedroom at night for my allergies. I have been sleeping much better. I originally bought one for my daughter for her living room because she had an odorous roommate. It kept the odor down and also helps with her allergies.

My 3rd Unit

I like the separate monitor. It definitely works because it kicks into high gear when she's cooking in the kitchen. I just wish the filters were a little cheaper.

worthless machine, and worthless customer service

I bought 2 of these. One of them came and the box was open. NONE of the wire, power sources or other items were in the box. when I asked them to send them to me, I only recieved 1/2 of the required items to run this thing. It's a giant paper weight and these people could care less. SAVE YOU MONEY and buy something else.
