Holes drilled wrong … couldn’t use one shelf

Many problems

Instructions only show one picture. It doesn’t mention there is a right and left side to the uprights. Or a top to the shelves. Fits so tight, the powder coating scrapes off. Likely to rust. Worst is that it doesn’t work with an oval toilet seat, the first shelf is too low. You can’t put the seat up.

Not a good buy

Had trouble connecting shelves. Hole’s didn’t line up. Not very sturdy.

Poorly designed, cheaply made. If I wanted something this quality I would have bought something half this price. The holes on the front posts didn’t align with the holes on the shelves. Quite the opposite, they were perpendicular. I would value this at $30 at most. Will be returning this.

Item arrived poorly packed, with dents all over tubular frame and with rust staining on most of the white paint that will not wipe off. Never even got to assembly, I returned it immediately.

Poor Product Design

Just bought this for my daughter’s bathroom and the bottom shelf’s screws can not be screwed in because the holes are not in the right place. Do not recommend. Not worth the money.

Buy a two shelf system.

The lower shelf extends out to the point of hitting your back when sitting on the toilet. You must lean forward to prevent contact with the lower shelf. This is annoying so I removed the lower shelf. The only problem now is there are holes where the screws went to hold the bottom shelf.

Does its job, not fantastic though. The holes in the rods do not align, so the screw could not go in. Still holds though

The toilet lid hits the bottom shelf so it can’t open fully.

This rack is horrible!! First of all, the color white is almost a gray color. Not cute at all. Then the holes don’t match up so you can’t put on the third shelf? Ridiculous product that should be taken off website. Very poorly made. Disappointed

good with a little warning

This shelf looks very nice. And once it was assembled, it is sturdy and solid. However, the holes on the bottom shelf do not line up. The rest of the holes lined up and once they were all tightened, the whole unit appears solid. Not worth hauling back, but the truth is, the holes don't line up.
