On delivery, one of the drawers does not close automatically. The technician who delivered made a note of it. And I also called but no one has called to schedule repair.

Very disappointed. After having purchased numerous pieces of Jonathan Adler furniture in the past, I expected much better quality. The only thing about this dresser worth complimenting is the look. The drawers are supposed to be soft close, and most need to be forced shut even when completely empty. Poor quality overall. Gave it 2 stars because it looks pretty from afar (lots of defects if you look closely). If you’re in search of this look, you’re better off buying something for about $200 on Wayfair.
Beautiful drawer but fragile than
Beautiful drawer but fragile than it looks. Metal(?) sheet is thin and gets dented easily or is it natural characteristic? Drawers don't close evenly so it show blue lining. Color of the drawer looks duller than console which I got together. I love it anyway. Beautiful design. Very luxurious look.
