I love this platter. It's very sturdy and an excellent size. I've served lots of barbecued meats on it and haven't had any issue with staining the surface or anything like that. I'm going to be purchasing different sizes of this platter soon since this one was such a great quality. I also love that you don't have to worry about breaking or shattering it if it's dropped.
These white oval melamine catering platters are a nice replacement for tired, old silver platters. They are thick. Melamine is everywhere these days, so why not in your establishment?
We were very happy with these trays. They are perfect for veggie and fruit trays. They have have the look of real china but do not break or chip.
