Defective screw
It's a good thing two were included. One of the screw heads is messed up and can't be used to install. Be prepared to provide screw(s) in order to use them. I uploaded pictures with my review.

they were really tight
1) For a change, my order was left at my door - INSIDE the building, 2) a picture was taken to show me it was delivered to my door - RATHER THAN at an exterior locked door other than the main door - and ALL exterior doors other than the main door are ALWAYS locked, ace 3) I received a knock at my door when the order was delivered. Thank you! I have tried to update the tip, but I haven't had success finding that option!
DIDNT COME! Said delivered and never got it. They said they'd send a replacement and never did! Do not buy!

I buy these about once every thirt years or so. I must say that the plastic versions look like they’re going to fail. So far so good. The closet pole hasn’t fallen in over a month. Color is a nice cheap looking white.
Lasted 1 week before they broke
These things only lasted a week. I bought 5 pairs. 2 of them fell. I checked the others and noticed that they're about to fall. I had to replace them with the wood ones. I'm very disappointed. Made my job twice as long. Don't buy it, you'll regret it soon
