Put soap in it and it works fine. You put your hand under it and the soap comes out into your hand

Absolute junk

Saw these in line to checkout and couldn't believe the sale price bought 2 , went back and cleaned them out , after 1 day of use they no longer work. The soap leaks into the battery compartment, and even after cleaning and replacing with new batteries , still nothing. Worst part 2 weeks later when we go to return and purchase other items, there's a 7 day policy, so no I'm stuck with 16 pieces of junk. Thought these could be cool to jave in the shop, back yard, use as gifts etc. can't use them can't return them sure as heck can't gift them

Good price; dispenses too much soap.

The dispenser runs too long when a hand is placed under it. Drawing away your hand early does not stop the flow of soap soon enough causing spillage at the sink. The best way to deal with this dispenser is to lower your hand when the soap begins dispensing until it stops. It would have been preferred to make the duration of dispensing adjustable or shorter. Price was good, probably due to this product flaw.
