i wasnt impressed

I was trying to hang a clock over the fireplace… i bought this because kf the reviews… i couldnt get it to stick to the brick… the peices of the brick kept breaking…

I was wanting to hang a clock over the fireplace. My brick was painted….. I tried all 3 of the hook… the first one, one of the 4 metal rods came out…the other ones just bent. The brick started to crumble….

I was disappointed in this product. It is too easy to break off the plastic hook when attempting to hammer the nail. And at times, the nails bent and I had to use a new hook. It would be nice if they provided a device that protects the hook, or make the device out of a more durable material. Once the hook is in, it works well

Tried these on our brick wall in the kitchen, in order to hang a few things. Unfortunately, the brick must be too hard for this solution, as with several tries, the pins bent, and I only succeeded in making a few shallow, wide holes in a brick.

For starters you have to use a hammer on the FRONT side of this hanger...do you see what else is ...

For starters you have to use a hammer on the FRONT side of this hanger...do you see what else is on the front of this hanger? Right, it's the actual hook and it is plastic. If you miss your target with the hammer you hit the plastic hook and it breaks so even IF you manage to sink the itty bitty wires into the brick you won't have a hook left.
