Good product - shady company

We purchased this stool directly from the manufacturer. It arrived open, used & unsanitary. Upon contacting the company they offered a refund, but only if we paid for the shipping to return the item. This was an unacceptable solution to us, especially considering the bottom of their invoice states "no returns accepted without prior authorization. Product must be unopened and unused due to hygiene reasons "...yet they sent us an open & used product. There was hair on the bottom & oil on the top of the seat. After stating we would file a chargeback, they offered us a $20 refund to keep the product since we refused to pay the shipping to get a full refund. Very disappointed in their lack of integrity & I would not purchase from them again.

I bought this shower chair to help me post major surgery, and I'm so glad I did! Super functional, lightweight but sturdy, quick drying and the perfect height. Will be keeping it long after recovery as I think it will also be great for when I need to shave my legs, or just as a general bathroom chair as needed.
