This replacement filter works well and fits my Culligan filtered shower head. I bought it because my water is very hard. I experienced softer hair and less skin irritation after using this filter with my shower head.

The shower head has been very nice to use. My one issue is that the installation directions were not as clear as they could have been. More detailed directions and more pictures would aid a first time installer. For example, no direction was given as to how much of the included tape to use. Much more tape was included than was needed. Additionally, a larger, more detailed illustration was needed to fully illustrate the order that the pieces went together.

Works OK

I bought this filter because it was about half the cost of the original. It has a decent flow, but is definitely lighter in weight than the original OEM, leading me to think there is less filtering material and wonder if it is filtering as well or will have the same life span. There is no way of knowing, so I can't answer about the quality. Other than that, I can't really tell any difference.

It absolutely took the chlorine smell out of the water while I was showering so much better.

Easy to install. But it drips slightly when I use. Maybe ring in original unit old and needs replacing.

Very Good For Hard Water

I use these filters in my handheld Culligan showerhead and they work exactly as the package says. We have horrible water where I live and these filters really help.

Shipped in a lightweight bubble wrap plastic envelope, the product's box was crushed and open inside the packing. Very poor selection of packaging. Not confident product is undamaged.

Culligan shower head filter.

While no filter will get everything. This filter does an excellent job of reducing chlorine. I would highly recommend Culligan filtered shower heads. Just keep in mind that the filters need to be switched out every six months.

Culligan WHR-140 Filter Cartridges are Always Reliable

I will never buy anything but OEM Culligan cartridges. The off-brand, generic cartridges are not of the same filtration quality. AllFilters.com has the most competitive pricing out there on these Genuine Culligan filters.

Works great. Easy to put

Works great. Easy to put in and to replace. Showers are great- refreshing and invigorating. Don't wait too long to replace like I did. Water is hard and affected water pressure and flow. What a difference putting in the new one. Bought extra so they'll be replaced in a timely manner.

They do the job

Better than the aftermarket brands that I tried before. These are the same size, but heavier. And I imagine filter better? But I really have no way of knowing. However, they were listed as "new". They look unused, but also not new. More like NOS, new old stock, like they had been sitting around a while. Still like 'em though.

Great substitute for Culligan filters.

Excellent substitute for the Culligan filters that are hard to find. They seem to work better and are cheaper. Also, they fit my shower head with no problem. Ill continue to buy through Walmart. Very happy with this product.
