Do your research

We've only had this for a few weeks and it has sprung a leak from inside. This is our second of this type of water cooler. Our first one lasted a very long time- close to 10 years. We looked online about returning the new one and the reviews are so bad! Leaks, burned out heating elements-

Not impressed

When I first bought it, it worked perfectly. After the first 5 gallon container of water was used, I went ahead and changed it out, and it literally did not work. There’s no water bubbles like it would normally do. I will need to return it.

Leaked out all 5 gallons.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. Waited the 2 hrs after putting the jug on and when I went to check it, the 5 gallons was all over the place the kitchen floor. It was leaking for somewhere I couldn’t see. I had high hopes that I would get a good model, but there was no damage during shipping that I saw. It was leaking from somewhere at the bottom of the main bowl. Needless to say, I lost the money I paid for all that water, and the time it would’ve saved to just buy a better product. After I return this, I will spend a little more and buy a better brand. Definitely don’t recommend.

Ok but has some issues

Biggest concern, the "spill tray" was too narrow for most cups or water bottles AND too narrow for the dispenser. If a cup was moved the water would spray right over the spill tray. Also the tap handels looked and felt low quality, like they would break easily.

I am hydrated

Sp happy with this purchase. The water from my pipes isn’t great so I never drank much water that wasn’t bottled. Now that I have this I’m so darn hydrated. It’s not the coldest water in the world, but having the hot spout for tea etc is great. And the little storage at the base is fun. Great cooler.

I don’t recommend this cooler

The spouts are flimsy and SLOW SLOW SLOW when dispensing water. The mini fridge is tiny. It can only fit like 2-3 short beverages. It has lights for “cold” and “hot” which randomly light up and go out for no apparent reason as unit appears to function. I had a PRIMO cooler for at least 10 YEARS and it was WAY BETTER!! This one functions so far but I’m NOT a fan. ALSO its NOT designed for regular water bottles. Its designed for punch-top bottles which I dont use so its a complete mess when loading. I never spilled a drop w the old PRIMO design, but this is a disaster.

Would NOT recommend-read reviews about compressor

Arrived on time, read ALL instructions before setting up and followed cleaning %26 set-up procedures precisely as instructed and neither the compressor nor the “Cold” (Green) LED ever came on. The heating element worked, produced 205deg water %26 “Hot” (Red) LED functioned as advertised but without the compressor working, could never get the water below room-temperature. Very disappointing! Wish I would have read reviews more carefully because most 1-2star reviews centered around a nonfunctioning compressor. Only reason I gave it 2stars is because the unit “did” produce Hot-water. Returning unit today and looking for a better brand.

This water cooler has never worked properly. The water never got cold. It just stays at room temperature. Hot water does not work either. Walmart offered me $30.00 as settlement for a water cooler that I paid $129.00 for, plus shipping and handling. That's not good business. Please issue me a refund for the amount that I paid. It has taken a while to even get a response from Walmart!

Water Cooler noisy!

The cooler makes so much noise I hate it. It turns on and off to much. It keeps the water cold and hot. But the hot water side runs and makes so much noise we have it in the Kitchen and when you are in the back of our bedroom you can here it run a lot and we can't sleep well.

I guess take water "dispenser" literally

I purchased this "dispenser," followed its setup directions precisely, and was disappointed to discover that the water coming out was at room temperature. Figured I had a dud and was willing to exchange. Called the company. At first. they asked me to confirm that the water was at room temperature, telling me I shouldn't expect it to be ice cold. I confirmed. They said they'd have to call me back. When they did, they told me that the water should be at room temperature. I was incredulous. That begs a number of questions: (1) why is there a "cold" switch on the back, (2) why is there a "cold" indicator light on the front, (3) why did they ask me to confirm that the water was at room temperature, as if another possibility existed, and (4) why does their description of this product on this website state that on average, the cool water should be about 46 degrees (or 8 degrees Celsius)?

leaking after two weeks

I gave this a decent review at first but felt it was "cheaply made". I did throw away the box because it was working. Now I am finding small puddles on the floor where it is leaking from time to time. I guess I need to pull it all apart to find what is leaking, (it isn't the valves) but the plastic is so cheap it might just disintegrate in the process. Oh, well. Sucks to be me. For now, I am wiping up the water (puddles are small) but don't expect it to last.

Plz stay away :((

Not only does the hot water side not safe because the little tabby thing doesn’t work (hot water has no safety latch) and the cold side was anything but cold, but the water leaks out of *literally everywhere.* My floor was constantly COVERED in water. I assumed for a while that my family was just sloppy when getting their water, and it wasn’t until I noticed an actual *stream* of water coming from where the nozzles meet the dispenser. I’m genuinely very sad, I was excited for this purchase, and I don’t want anyone else to experience this little situation like I did.

Totally satisfied

This was definitely a good investment. I was a little thrown off with some comments about the Costway brand because I was expecting the Primo brand. I'm glad that I have it it's one of the best investments that I've made.

Not Primo but generally suitable

NOT PRIMO. This is Costway brand. Water does not get ice cold but it is chilled. Hot water is satisfyingly hot, enough to make tea or instant coffee. Compartment on the bottom is big enough for 2 soda cans but that's about it. Reasonably light. Comes in pretty discrete packaging with just the brand name on the outside, no other basic identifying features. As was mentioned in another review, the dispenser is kind of slow but personally it's a small price to pay compared to some other dispenser units. Overall, it's worth the value to me so far. Let's see how long it takes to break.

Good Value; Nothing fancy

I had spent days searching for a water dispenser but the only dispensers available in my area (NYC metro area) were on FB marketplace priced way more than what they are worth. Price Gouging is horrible. Anyways, I was super thankful I ordered this because it included free shipping and showed up within a week. The water pours out a little slower than other dispensers Ive seen, but it does its job and is sold at a decent price. Its not super bulky either which is nice

Great little machine but small!

Keeps the water very cold and very hot so I would give it 5 stars for that but overall it's a 4 star product. We purchased this for our office break room and it does work but it is small. It's overall shorter than others we've used as well as my personal water dispenser at home. Also, there is only room for a small coffee mug or 8-10oz bottle or cup to fit under the spigot - if you have a 16oz (or larger) cup, mug, water bottle, etc. it will NOT fit under the spigot! The cupboard is also very small. We keep a small stack of Styrofoam cups in there (they have to lay sideways to fit) but it works or a few packs of hot chocolate and cider too! Overall great product just wish there was room for our mugs and water bottles to fit - for that I would recommend the Promo Top Loading Hot/Cold Water Dispenser.

impressie

my son and his family had to move in with us for a, long, time. Both of their jobs were outsourced to India after living and working in Hawaii for over 18 years. I'm retired along with my wife. We had to convert an attached carport into an apartment for them. We added a bathroom. running new fresh water and waste was a bit of a challenge. New piping gives the drinking water a strange taste. We saw this on WalMart internet, ordered it, received it as promised, primed the spigots and is great! We're going to get another for upstairs. Our house water is good but I like having the hot spigot to make tea right away.

Top heavy with a 40 + pound water

container on top. Have it sitting on a solid level floor - not carpet. Be careful to not bump or it could tip over. Machine base is under 30 pounds-- but water on top = 20 pounds for full 2 gallon jugs [ hard to locate] or about 45 pounds for a standard full 5 gallon jug. You may want to put a strap around it to anchor it to the wall if kids are involved. BUY THE WARRANTY!! for protection since Walmart does not guarantee Marketplace seller items. Return shipping- at your expense- is VERY costly if you need service or replacement.
