[Rewarded Review] Love this artist tool!

As a watercolor pencil illustrator, at times I need wet paint that matches my pencil. This tool is great! I just color on the slightly rough textured plastic and then wet slightly with my brush! Only issue I have is that sometimes the color pigment from my pencil does not come off the plastic when I wash it but the stain is very, very light and not bothersome on my next use.

I am just starting to dabble in water colors. I own a few quality water color pencils and Caran d'Ache water color crayons. This will allow me to practice water color painting without spending a fortune.

Perfect companion to Neocolor II water soluble wax pastels

I love the textured side for use with the Caran D'ache Neocolor II pastels. Just scribble a little of the pastels on the palette and use a wet brush to pick up the color and then paint. It's also great for mixing colors. Leave any extra on the palette for use later so none is wasted.

so nice to be able to scratch my pencils on this palette and use as watercolor. So enjoy not having to keep sharpening my pencils which is really wasteful!!!!

Aquarelle Pallette

The rough side of the palette is really nice for working with watercolor pencils. It's easy to scribble on the palette and mix pencil colors and then with a moist brush apply the pigment. I haven't worked with the smooth side yet.

Great product as all Caran d'Ache products.

This is a great little palette for use with my watercolor pencils and it cleans up very nicely. Works much better than the sanded paper I was using and it can be used over and over again.

I've seen the Caran D'Ache Palette Aquarelle used for watercolor pencils by several utube artists. You put your pencil color on the Palette and then use a wet brush to apply to paper. Easy and no residue lines!
