A beautiful stool, with a BIG DESIGN FLAW!! The foot rest is way to high for a counter-stool. While I’m 5'10, the leg-rest is very hard and uncomfortable to reach. Attempting to sit at a counter with an overhang, I can’t put my legs on the leg-rest without my knees getting crushed by the counter-top. Truth be told the base of the chair is backwards- the lower leg-rest should be at the front of the chair, not the at the rear. What a shame; a beautiful looking counter-stool, impossible to sit on at counter-height surface. Equally as uncomfortable for another household member at 6’3, as me at 5’10”.
Chairs are fine, just not the listed 34.7” seat height. Closer to 30”
