Bought to replace one that stopped working. It is for my adult son with a TBI who cannot use tp. Great product.

The installation was easy enough, however I did need to go to hardware store for missing parts in the hardware package.

Very disappointed bedit did not have untraviloet light as the original one I replaced did the bedit last water lint to hook was defective I had to hire plumder to come because I could not replace the fixture he had the peice needed you rrep said if i DID NOT RETURN THE BEDIT THEY WOULD REPAY ME THE $147.00 i HAD TO PAY THE PLUMBER i HAVE MOVED THREE TIMES SINCE BUTYING MY FIRST BEDIT AND HAVE ALWAYS INSTALLED MYSELF WOULD HAVE again had it not been defective Myrnie Hoanzl

Cracked seat and no one cares in customer service

After a short period of use this seat cover cracked and is brittle and called customer care and they are NO help

Smart Bidet

I am thoroughly thrilled with this Smart Bidet. It is all I hoped it would be and more. The cost of it was reasonable, just be prepared for more expense if you need an outlet installed and the bidet installed. The electrician and plumber costs were not cheap!

I had used this for over an year now and had no problems with so far. Great replacement for bathroom tissue although you would like to use some to dry the area. Washing your bottom feels priceless compared to wiping youself with bathroom tissue which still leaves you unclean. after. It fitted a regular oval toilet.

Great bidet seat! This is worth every penny! It has the warm seat, warm water, multiple spray setting (and even those are adjustable). It makes a huge difference in cleanliness and puts an end to overuse of toilet paper. The only drawback is it's kind of bulky and, until you get used to it, looks kind of odd on the toilet. But, if it were smaller, it would not have a reservoir to warm the water.

This is our second one for our guess bathroom love them both as they are the same brand.

This is our second bidet but the first with warm water and a dryer. We are very pleased with the features but it does have considerably less pressure than our last bidet which worked off of water pressure only. It still gets us nice and clean and the warm water and dryer are much appreciated in the winter.

It is good for the price, but not great.

I bought this as for a second bathroom after owning a very well known Japanese brand bidet for my primary bathroom. It is good from the price but not nearly as good as my other one. The energy saving function leaves me with lukewarm water along with unheated seat at the start of use. The water pressure is alright but using the turbo setting in generally what is required to really get thing clean.

Great bidet. Heated seat and heated water. It works on a remote control, which it super for handicapped individuals! I purchased it for my 84 year old mother and she loves it!

Great bidet seat

I purchased my first one of these SmartBidet seats for my wife back in 2018. When COVID happened in 2020 I decided to spend the money I was saving in gas not having to commute on a few home reno items and purchased 3 more of these for the rest of my bathrooms. These seats continue to be one of the best purchases I've made to date.
