Everything about these plates are great. We are very happy with our purchase.

Price is reasonable for 16 pieces with cup, bowl, and big/ small plates. But the material seems a little heavy.

Broken dishes

I recently received the dishes that I ordered. However, some of the dishes I received were chipped or broken. I immediately called QVC to report this and they told me they would send me a new shipment. I will not return the cracked chipped or broken dishes until I receive the new ones. When I reviewed my order, it said they had already been shipped and that was over a week ago. They also charge me 750 for a new delivery plus tax. Very disappointed in this process.

Beautiful Classic Sturdy Dishes

I bought 3 sets of these dishes because I wanted a simple white set that would hold up to my family of six. Minus a small chip on one plate that we found when we opened the box (which we easily exchanged for a new set) the dishes looked great and have held up well in the month that we have had them. So far there has been no scratching or chipping, which I was worried about with how much these dishes are being used. They feel solid, but not too heavy, and I love how they look!

None of the plates are flat, so every time you spear a piece of food, cut food, etc., the plate rocks and makes noise on the tabletop, becoming comical with a tableful of diners.
