These dishes feel like touching a chalkboard. Silverware scrapes them and the sound raises the hair on your neck. They hold stains like nothing I have ever seen. After washing they become dull and change color.

Love these plates. Very pretty and light weight. They don’t get too hot in the microwave also.

This is the third set of white Gibson I have purchased and loved (from Wayfair) over ten years. This set is real translucent china and it replaces a similar set called Gibson Home ( still available) made from porcelain. After ten years of daily use, the Home set began to show unsightly marks. Like the old set, the new set is attractive. It comes with pasta bowls (the new thing). The Home set came with dessert bowls, which I kept.

Absolutely love this set! Its incredibly beautiful - delicate looking but still very durable!

They are what I would call simple elegance. I just love them!

I really like them. The only thing is that I wa hoping they would feel more like stoneware than porcelain. But that is my personal preference, and they are exactly as they appear and the shallow bowls are very nice addition to any kitchen for serving or meals that involve pasta or Asian dishes.

I love the dishes , only 1 item had a bad chip. I emailed about the damage, waiting for replacement. Otherwise it was an easy order and delivery.

Great plates, had them a few weeks so far. They feel like they will hold up with kids.

I shopped white China quite extensively and settled on these. Just enough pattern but still timeless. Light but not too light. Extra pieces can be found at Home Goods. The wide bowls are a little unusual but nice for spaghetti or a salad.

Bought 2 sets of these 6 months ago and love them! No cracks, no chips. I’ve never been a fan of plain white dishes but these, with the simple design, are great!

I bought the 8 original dinner dishes at Home Goods last year but wanted 8 more and was happy when I found them on Wayfair.

Beautiful set but one bowl was chipped. Hopefully Wayfair will replace it! .

Plates are warped not even wobbly

Plates are NOT even look warped very wobbly compared to 1st 3 sets of 4 bought at Bed Bath Beyond but because of going out of business could not get a 3rd set for future breakage replacement

Even more beautiful in person. Packaging was awesome, not one bit of damage!

Haven't Managed to Break a Single One

This set looks so elegant and delicate when you see it, but even when we've accidentally dropped it in the sink, or slammed it against another dish- no breakage. I'm so impressed as we've had tons of ceramic break from when we're not super careful. I cannot believe had durable this set has been. Definitely a worth while investment.
