These plates are a very high quality, the finish is superb and they look fantastic on the dinner table. Definitely recommend to others.

Unique plate

I purchased four of these plates. They are large enough to double as a small platter. The drawback is the storage aspect. If I angle them just right, I can get them in and our of my cabinet space. They are over 12.5 inches long and about 9 inches wide.

Beautiful

I like the rectangle shape of this plate. I put salad on left, main dish on the right side. It feels like I'm eating in the fine restaurant. My daughter and husband also liked it very much.

These are perhaps the most unusual plates I have ever seen and now own. I like the generous size and organic fluidity of these plates. They can be used for any meal breakfast/lunch/supper. Sturdy and great quality.Got them on sale. Such a wonderful find for me. Won't see these dishes on anyone else's table. Very stylish. Nice white, even more of a pure white when under the light. So pretty. Love love love.

Lovely and Practical

These dishes are especially handsome while being serviceable. Food looks gorgeous on them -- of course, be sure to include color to enhance meal and table. If you use the matching flatware, put the high side to the right so the knife will sit with handle flat and blade pointing down into plate. Stunning and steady. The unusual shape does not affect how dishwasher cleans. They stack in cupboard well. Beautiful table setting for lovely meals, whether just for one or two or for many.

I love Villeroy & Boch especially the New Wave and Urban collections. I have been mixing and matching the 2 lines and they are very complimentary to each other. The shapes gather a lot of comments during get togethers. I like the rectangular shape, it looks awesome on the dinner table. It may be a modern line but at the same time it looks timeless. The plates are big enough to also use as small platters. I even use these on the patio and they look terrific outdoors. I think they are so easy to care for since you can put them in the dishwasher.
