I am very pleased it keeps the whole upstairs cooler when it is 30 in Edmonton Alberta

This A/C is awesome. Just installed it today. It was very easy to instal and works great.

Worked well for the two summers that it worked

worked well for the time that it worked, about 2 summers. $800 is a lot for a unit that gives out that fast. I hope servicing it isn't too big of an ordeal. It started spitting water out with the air it blew out (would wet the entire floor in front of it and almost destroyed other electronics in it's vicinity). and shortly after that the compressor stopped working all together, so now it just blows air like a fan and nothing else. Unscrewing and opening the caps on the back did not let any water out. My best guess is there's a bunch of water stuck in there in a place it's not supposed to be, and that messed up the compressor. We bought this with credit given from a warranty replacement from a previous similar model that was defective and lasted less than a year, for nearly the same price.

Can't really rate fully at this time as I was only able to get it set up to give a try for one day then weather changed. Will give a better opinion next summer.

The delivery was so long to receive that the weather didn’t warrant using the A/C but for only one day. I found that it turn on every 5 min and then should shut off for less than 2 min. I called service and they said that was normal but I found it quite annoying it was going on and off so frequently. I really won’t know until I use it next summer if it’s a good product

So far.. the AC unit works well. Is easy to use. Not impressed with how the hose attaches to window vent kit - only 1 screw. Vent kit is too short for balcony window & no place to buy additional pieces.

Missing parts

Just today arrived in a beat up box from purolator, with out a remote control or user manual. So far not impressed 😕

Works very well!

Looks good, easy to install in horizontal or vertical opening windows, starts cooling within 30 seconds, cools a 20 x 17 foot room by 5 degrees C in 20 min. This is not a quiet machine, even on the low setting, as it blows A LOT of air but the sound is not harsh. The low setting sound level is like having a floor fan on max. The unit has to have 10 inches space around it, the exhaust tube is 5 feet long and the power cord is about 5 feet long.

Fantastic A/C unit for the price. We are enjoying the cooler air. This product is so easy to use with many nice features....wifi, remote control, timer and swing feature. It shuts off when desired temp is reached. Our last A/C ran continuously and was not energy efficient like this one. It takes up less space and is quiet and med fan speed and a bit loud at high speed. Once the rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen area) are cooled, we are able to turn down the fan speed and coolness us maintained. We are so pleased with this purchase. Thank you. ❤️

Je viens d installer et il est très bruyant et il ne refroidi pas 500 pieds carrés. C est de la fausse publicité. Je regrette mon achat. Trop lourd pour le retourner je suis prise avec mon problème. Acheté le 25 juin 2024.

It is louder than I expected and goes off and on all the time. Tad annoying. It does cool nicely though.
