The delivery was very cautious and proficient. I had bought the same item from another place and when the delivered they just dropped and it broke!!

Back when my house was built in the late 1920's, apparently, the Roaring 20's didn’t value big bathrooms (at least not in my neighborhood.). So our tiny bathroom, one hundred years later, is still serving our household of 6. And this pedestal sink is a great upgrade after using it for 2 months.

I needed a pedestal sink for my half bath. I saw this one and loved the look of it. Due to covid, it took me a bit to get my plumber to come out and install. He had it installed and fully operational in a few short hours. I was lucky that my pipes from my old sink matched up almost perfectly! I definitely should’ve measure a bit better as I thought it would fit no problem, big mistake. It goes right against the toilet on the side of it. I’m not sure if I’ll get a smaller one but right now this is installed and definitely made the bathroom look updated!

This two-piece sink and pedestal is of high quality with a beautiful high gloss finish. This was the perfect addition to our small basement bathroom with minimal room. Securing the sink and pedestal to the wall and floor was straightforward and easy with the provided instructions. Assembling the faucet and drain to the sink was relatively easy and the pedestal hides most of the water and drain piping from view. The finished pedestal sink is very sturdy, looks great, is easy to clean and we really like it!

The sink was packaged perfectly as it arrived without any damage. We immediately noticed the typical great quality of American Standard. I chose this sink as the base is smooth and classic for easy cleaning. Another characteristic that drew me to this style was the wide counter tops. Pedestal sinks are known for not having much counter space. This style gives that little extra space for miscellaneous items while using the sink area. We installed a higher neck faucet from our previous vanity as it was only a couple years old. The water does splash on the counter area so I am thinking I may change out to a lower profile faucet. The installation instructions were in several other languages other than English. I wish we would have noticed this the day of unboxing as we installed several weeks after unboxing the sink. The instructions in foreign languages made installation quite challenging. The holes behind the sink were a bit confusing as it appeared that the screws provided were to fit into the holes. We took some time to talk out the installation. In lieu of using the hardware provided by the manufacturer, my very handy hubby decided to create a French cleat out of wood. He then added metal basin hangars to provide additional security to the top of the sink. The installation time would have been significantly shorter had the instructions been in English. It took a couple hours for installation with painting, running to the hardware store, and actually installation.

This is my first square sink and I love it! Our only issue with this product was that it did not come with instructions. Luckily though, I was able to find them online.
