Value & customer service top notch

I purchased two of these toilets to upgrade both bathrooms in my home. The manufacturer did a great job quickly getting my order shipped to my residence. One glitch occurred, while shipping one of the toilets the water tank was damaged through no fault of the manufacturer. I contacted customer service and explained the issue. After submitting a photo of the damaged water tank via email, the company quickly sent a replacement tank at no charge. Kudos to the manufacturer and the customer service employee who handled the situation, they did a wonderful job. The toilets look and perform beautifully. I would definitely recommend purchasing this model of toilet from Horow Manufacturing.

Excellent fixture

I've had this toilet for a year & really like it. The flush works extremely well and it has a very clean, smooth overall design. One of the hinges on the slow close seat (a nice feature) recently broke beyond repair, three days after the 12-month warranty ended. I contacted the manufacturer at Home Depot's suggestion. Horow was very responsive and immediately took steps to send me a new seat. I am impressed by their commitment to quality and highly recommend the company as well as this product.

The kit was very complete with all required installation parts except the water line. Instructions were questionable.. over detailed on easy steps and less than clear on parts unique to toilet.. like handle disassembly and install. Overall nice product.

Nice tall toilet. Arrived several days earlier than expected! Tank fixtures had to be pieces together. They were plastic so may last longer since they can’t rust. Toilet seat is plastic and wiggly. We will eventually replace it.

Toilet seat is a joke

It might be a decent toilet, but I would not recommend it. The tank holds less water than other toilets I've installed. I've never in my life seen a more complicated and idiotic way to install a toilet seat. I would have bought another one if they weren't so expensive. You can't see it in the picture, but there is a big round chrome piece that is right behind the seat. It's ugly and it was difficult to install the seat.
