The setup was painless. I'd like to see an option to force a chirp out of the sensors using the app, though.

Could not make it work on Shaw/Rogers network

Sorry to say I could not make this work on my Shaw/Rogers network. Govee was great they did give me a refund.

Works good but the app sucks

Sensors work as intended and pretty easy to set up. But not having the option to share your devices with your household is pretty dumb. Have to log in to each person's phone with the original owners credentials and not being able to limit some devices from others sucks.

Great devices for the price.

Price was right, so ordered a hub and 3 water sensors. Installation was very simple, tested all 3 sensors with a wet towel and received the alarm on the device and text message that the water sensors was trigger. I hope they last a few years.

Works Great but I Have Suggestions about Documentation

The units themselves are great. My recommendation is that a quick start card explain that the sensors come already paired to the hub. I had to turn to a YouTube unboxing video to learn this. Then, the units should be labeled in such a way that you can identify each one. The only way I could do that was to expose each one to water.

Water sensors work well, but alarms are almost useless

Sensors are great, but not providing a location (if configured) makes the alarms fairly useless. Imagine getting an alarm, an setting all the locations, having 5 water sensors and getting an alert with no location. Water will leak all over the house as you check every bloody location because of poorly designed software. Software is my trade for 40 years now. Would be nice if they replied to my feedback I sent, but it was ignored.

They were easy to set up. All sensors seemed to work correctly. Loved having them in the same app I used for my temperature / humidity sensors.
