Bigger chairs than I thought

Bigger chairs than I thought but they look great! Very easy to assemble and great quality.

Not worth it

I’ve had the table and chairs for about 5 months. The chairs constantly trip my family and guest because the back legs bend back and the chair legs became loose within a couple of months. Unfortunately it is a manufacturing defect because we can’t simply tighten them since the screws that are loose are hard to reach.

Will not last

Was very disappointed in chair quality. Had bought table & bench & then 4 black chairs. 2 months after purchase and 2 out of the 4 chairs are loose & wiggly already. So disappointed because other reviews said solid chair but definitely not the case.

poor quality / veneer chipping

i bought 4 as it looks good, yeah right it looks good, but as the saying looks are deceiving and its true. After a few months, wood veneer is chipping. I would have give it 1due to its poor quality but since its sturdy i gave it a 2...think twice

Black chair is very sturdy but scratches very easily so if you have a pup or cat I wouldn’t recommend

the bottom on the chairs scratches my floor even though it have a protective tape that comes on it and the table shows the lines in it from where the 3 pieces join

Damaged in shipping. Customer Service is a scam

Our table was delivered with quite a bit of damage due to poor packaging. I contacted customer service and they asked for pics which I sent then they said they would send me a new table if I took the existing one and put it out on the curb and took a pic or donated it to goodwill and took a pics. I explained to them I live in a place where the HOA wouldn’t allow for a table on the curb. I also told them I didn’t own a truck to take it to the Goodwill. We also tried to send back the chairs but they say okay and then give you the runaround and don’t send the shipping labels. Basically the quality is mid and the entire customer service process is a scam. I don’t have time for any of this BS so I’m going to try and sell the tables and chairs in the Marketplace. Also “Plank & Beam” is just a front for Maxwood furniture. I had to buy another table and chairs locally. I recommend that you do not buy from this company. It’s probably a 80% chance something will be damaged.
