迅速な対応有難うございました。ペーパーホールダーで生活感をあまり感じさせない物を探していた所こちらを見つけ購入しました。届いて見た所

シンプルでスッキリお洒落

コーヒーメーカーの購入に伴い毎朝フィルターをセットするのにサッと取り出せて置場所も見た目もスマートなフィルターケースを探していたらこちらの商品を見つけました。

少し辛口評価でごめんなさい。

商品のデザインはシンプルで良かったです。しかし、蓋がズレる事、底が無いなど細かい所が気になる点。山崎実業の商品は色々使用してますが、デザイン、種類も豊富で良いのですが、アイデアとデザイン優先で使い勝手や細かな配慮が足りないのが残念な所です。今回の商品も少し辛口の評価ですが、気に入ってます。

It is beautiful but really not it isn't convenient to pull the filters out. The filters slip out the bottom as well. I have tried this product with 2 different #2 filters and experienced the same.

I bought the attachable one and my neighbor loves this one.

Really cute! Looking forward to the coffee bar we’re putting in our new home!

欠陥品を掴まされました

最悪です。\n開封して、確認した途端に木部の蓋が金属の内部構造と解離しました。\n4点でビス留めしてあったのでしょうが、4箇所ともビス元が潰れて、ただ単に箱に押し込んである状態でした。\nアシストワンさんが全品検品を行うとは到底思いませんし、やはりメーカー側に責任の押し付けでしょうか。メーカー側も出荷前検査は抜き取りでしかできないの一点張りでしょうか。\nきつめに締め直して設置しましたが、いつまで保つかわかりません。両面テープも必要かと思います。\n2千円ぽっちで心が狭いですが届くのを楽しみにしていた分、絶望でしかありません。\n\n余談ですが、台形型のフィルターには、斜線部はピッタリでしょうが、円錐型のフィルターには角度がキツく隙間ができます。\nが、ここについては問題はありません。

Sleek organizer, but does not fit chemex filters

Love the design and concept for organizing coffee filters. However I bought this to organize the chemex brand filters and it doesn't fit them. Still a great product, but unfortunately I had to return.

This holder isn't the correct size for the smaller or normal size coffee filters. Very disappointed. It took over a month to arrive too.

Great organization option for coffee lovers

This is such a simple but great storage option - currently using it to store my #1 hario filters for my morning cup of coffee right next to my grinder. No more shoving filters into drawers!

Clunky and Heavy

This was a lovely looking item I would've been happy to display next to my coffee maker. But it was made of metal, and quite heavy and bulky. The kicker for me (that made me send it back) was that every time I replaced or removed the filters, there was a screechy sound of metal rubbing metal. It was annoying, but particularly unbearable since I had not had a cup of coffee yet. I sent it back!

If you are using coffee filters #4 don't buy it! It doesn't fit filters #4 and that is NOT specified on the website! Also the quality is not the best for the price.

I was tired of seeing the filter box sitting on the counter. This is an elegant solution!

Hario filters, #1, #2

This is meant for flat-bottomed, #1 and #2 filters. I have a Hario, so it fits perfectly! Matched with the pour-over stand, it's the perfect aesthetic for my morning coffee routine.
