I bought this heater thinking it would be a quality product. After three months the blade came off. Notified the company who sent another motor and blade. YEP after three months the blade came off. You can not keep plastic blades on a hot spindle.

Shouldn't rattle out of the box. Kept it, and found a work-around.

There's an intermittent rattle while it's running. It's some sort of harmonic vibration, I think. I was going to call tech support about it, but the robo-voice said the wait was 37 minutes. I tinkered with the heater and discovered that the only thing that would make the rattle stop was to put the cover on but *not* screw it down with the four provided screws. I may try fiber washers with the screws; if that keeps the sound away then, at least, I can fasten down the cover.

Very Loud

Heater works good but the fan wobbles making a loud noise. Very annoying when trying to sleep or watch tv. Replacing this heater with a different one. On/off delay is really long as well.

Definitely will be buying more for future remodels!

One of the few heaters that fit our apartments with limited modifications needed. Heats the rooms up immediately! Only drawback is that it is a little loud, but since it heats up quickly, you do not need its services for very long!

This heather was a replacement for the exact heater we had installed 12 years ago. It’s very effective heating a 15 X 16 ft room with a high ceiling and windows on 3 walls. We took the old heater out and slid the new one in. Everything was InThe same place and easy to reconnect.

New installation in a 400sqft room. Fan wobbled making a loud noise. On/off delay was very long making it hard to test the heater, and after 1-2 hours would not turn on no matter what the control knob setting was (and yes I checked the reset button). After 3 hours of testing, fan motor stalled causing a loud transformer buzz, but more importantly, the heater continued to heat, getting very hot due to no air circulation, and caused the smoke detector near ceiling height to go off. I even tried manually starting the fan by hand. It would start to turn, then stall again. Very poor design.

Nice Wall-mount Heater

It was relatively easy to install. It does intermittently sound off with a low-rumbling while running. Still, it serves its purpose well. It might have helped to clearly indicate the on & off settings. It definitely is important to note that there are relatively brief start-up and cooling down periods. The owner should not be alarmed to observe that the motor is still running after it has been turned off.

I installed this to replace an older wall heater unit. Installation was fairly easy, although instructions were not included so I had to go on-line and pull up the installation sheet, and it heats the 560 square foot family room just fine.

This replaced a Nutone heater that was installed nearly 25 years ago by the previous owner. I was worried about fitting the same cutout, the installation process, etc. But it was really a breeze with the straight-forward instructions. It fit the space with just some moderate shimming. And the wall heater works like a charm--plus the noise level is so much lower. I wish I had done this five years ago!
