Good for somewhere cool/cold, not Texas!

My MiL asked me to order this for her. It's a great price, and we thought the light blocking would help keep it cool, but it doesn't. It fit her 2 cots well, with space to walk between, and was dark enough you could sleep in. But it got so hot in the morning sun that you couldn't sleep in long. I think it would be great up north where it doesn't get hot. It was early spring, so our days were only mid 80s, but by 8 or 8:30 am it was too hot to sleep in.

Even though I haven't used this yet, I have a plan for it - and I'm hoping it will help organize my life in many ways. This was a great deal for a pack of 2 (look online for just a single one & it's much more expensive than this). I think this could also be used for large coloring pads for the kiddos.
