The white server also looks worn, especially on the lid. My church is considering replacing our current servers, and I ordered these for them to look at. After seeing them, the committee wholeheartedly declined. I previously sent you both box and server pictures and my comments regarding both, and I have been waiting for a refund. The cost, including shipping and handling, was $56.29.

I was so happy to receive them however after using them one of the tops is defective and doesn't close right . All of them hold the coffee in the lid when you unscrew it coffee spills all over I've also noticed some of them do not keep the coffee hot I won't purchase these again

This carafe is plastic junk and doe not keep the coffee hot at all. I tried to return it and never got a response from the 3rd party seller. Do not buy from Walmart Marketplace unless you can return it to the store. I am out 19.00 dollars.

It's cheap doesn't keep coffee warm much less hot its crap sorry I wasted my money do not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely love it. only had it a few days, but am very pleased.

It is a cute serving thermos. I wish I bought the bigger size. It does not keep hot things hot for as long as I want to though.

Does not keep Liquid hot water or any other you might want to use it for looks nice but not worth the price.

I've had this carafe since May and I have had absolutely no issues with it. It's well made, durable, and looks great (I only have to polish it occasionally). We use it for coffee only, and the first pot doesn't stay in there very long. I will say that when my husband does a second pot later in the afternoon (around 5pm), it is still warm 12 hrs later. I'm not in a situation where I *need* to keep coffee very hot for a day, so that has not been a issue for me. For home use, I think this is a good buy!

The carafe has nice weight to it, and the spout seems to pour nicely. The lid gasket snugly snaps closed, but it doesn't create a vacuum such that opening the lid is difficult at all, which is a nice engineering detail. Overall the unit appears to be solid and well constructed.

This coffee carafe is a perfect size. The customers love when we bring it over and leave for them on the table. We will continue to purchase them as we need.

These are great! We actually use them to hold our ice cream base, which is poured into measuring cups and then onto our cold plates. These holds a lot of base, and keeps the ice cream base at the proper temperature, but we do put in the refrigerator when not using.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, so can’t comment on this at this time. I’m hoping it will be perfect for my brother’s need!

What a great white swirl thermal coffee server and has a nice handle on the back of it so you can carry it around in the coffee pours out really nice and smooth flow.

For some reason I thought Thermal meant that it was metal inside, but it's plastic. I wouldn't use them unless you work at a church where people don't care about the quality of the coffee anyway.
