Very impressed with high quality chest
I am so happy that I took a gamble with this chest/dresser! I did lots of research and looked at this chest on multiple sites. Other furniture stores had great reviews and Overstock had the best price which is why I keep coming back to Overstock. This dresser was delivered to my door even though the listing says "Inside Delivery." If you dig deeper on this site, you will see that Inside Delivery in fact does not mean inside, lol. It means they will bring it right to your door. However, the very nice delivery man, who brought this 230 lb. chest up 5 steps to get it to my door, offered to bring it just inside my house to keep it protected from the weather. It took 3 adults to put the box on a blanket so that we could slide it across my wood floor to its new home, but once we got it there and unboxed it, all was well. It was very well packed and no assembly was required. The chest is perfect and very high quality. Hardwood mostly and the drawers are wood and cedar lined. I expect to have this chest for the rest of my life and hopefully pass it to my children. It's truly beautiful and well-made. The photo is right after we unboxed and I haven't decorated the space, but plan to add a lamp on top and maybe a plant and large piece of wall art. The picture does not do it justice.
