DO NOT BUY- CHURCH CHAIRS IS A SCAM
I bought this ottoman as part of a set. It arrived damaged (torn fabric and bent leg). I contacted Church Chairs and they sent a replacement. This, too, was damaged with a bigger tear and more bent legs. I contacted Church Chairs again and they told me my complaint was "resolved" and I was finished. I asked for a refund. They still have not responded. When I call them they say they are "sorry" and will fix this problem as soon as possible but I never hear from them again. After 4 weeks of this I have decided to contest the purchase on my credit card. This company lies, doesn't respond and sends defective products.
