Lowes Excellent Special Order Experience

Ordered this pressure assisted toilet while ordering a second unit from a competitor. The Lowes unit arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The competitor's unit arrived broken and in pieces and had to be reordered three times and still could not be delivered in a usable condition. I will continue to be a loyal Lowes customer.

Does not do a good job with loose stool spater towards the back of the toilet.

DO NOT BUY THIS!

It works great until you have to replace the float which requires you to disassemble the upper tank to replace. Something that takes 10minutes normally, w/out tools will take at least an hour with tools. Horrid design!

I really like this toilet---everything I had wanted: a little higher seat, the smooth sides, soft close seat, quick flush action, anti-bacterial bowl to keep cleaner longer. The material has a higher quality feel, so it seems the seat components are easier to clean, 'feel cleaner' when I wipe them down. There's an easy-release of the seat makes that part of cleaning so much better. The tank top is flat with a very small ridge border. I've seen some reviews talk about a more rounded top so something sitting on it can slide off. That won't happen with this toilet. I would use this model in future bathroom remodels.

The Toliet will be installed at a later date , but it appears to br what I was looking for.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Loved the looks of this toilet. Sorry we got one. Less than 4 yrs old, ran continuously. Husband bought parts but couldn't install them. Called a plumber, who couldn't either. Had to buy another toilet. Cost me $600 to fix!! Stay away!!

A great, functional toilet at the right height.

Sleek design for easy cleaning

Received this toilet and parts were missing- didn’t come with the seat and lid, the mechanisms inside the tank were all wrong and had to be re-done, and it didn’t come with the round bolt covers on the bottom of each side of the toilet. Very upset because we own a plumbing company and we were at a customers house doing the install when we opened the box and found these pieces missing.

Can't get replacement part!

I purchased this toilet only 3 years ago. I was getting new windows and the installer smashed the tank lid. That was September 2023. I have not had any luck at all finding the replacement lid. Even American Standard has been no help. I talked to someone from AS (Mississauga) and they told me the part number, then said but I don't know where you're going to get it. What? This is American Standard saying they don't know where to get the replacement lid for THEIR OWN TOILET!

Good value, and not too loud

Good price on a highly rated, pressure assist toilet. Time will tell if it helps keep our line clear, as the plumber said it would. It's definitely louder than a gravity flush toilet, but not as loud as I thought it would be.

No wax ring. No bolts

description says wax ring included and mounting hardware included. did not come in the box. now back to the hardware store

[Rewarded Review] It took a few tries to finally get the toilet in.

I like the air assisted flush which helps the toliet from being clogged. Im using it in a duplex rental property that i have and wanted little to no complaints about problems with the toilet. The flange in the gravity toilet needs replacing over time im hoping for little to no problems with this thing. The toilet stays clean alot longer than the regular gravity flow toilet also. A much needed addition to my batheroom and will be replacing the other side of the duplex with one as well. Quick and easy to install. The plumber was in and out even after replacing the flange and wax at the bottom of the toilet. I ordered this toilet twice only because it kept coming in broken. Thanks lowes for finally getting it in and to the home in time for my new tenant.

Good deal for the price point. They have a slim, modern look. Strong flush.

The toilet which was left at the end of my driveway by the Fed Ex driver was in a hundred tiny pieces with no padding and the big box was in perfectcondition! How couldthat happen? A kabel from anotherbox had been taped to the perfect box. Many questions!

Not all toilets are created equal. With this one I have a great low water usage flush and sleek, modern lines (no knobs to clean around on the floor), narrow tank for a small "water closet." I will put another one in the guest bathroom! The silent closing seat cover is really a nice touch as well and comes with the unit! Sleek design make it a winner for me!

Not yet installed but looks great and this one came well packaged and without damage.
